7th Sep 2020 (3 years ago)The staff were extremely unprofessional. My toilet was not fixed for 6 months of my tenancy. They told me once we will not replace the molding curtains because with the molding curtains they can find another tenant. I feel sorry to who ever has to deal with such unprofessionalism and horrible staff and I also feel for the landlords for trusting them to manage their properties. I reported the leak 2 years ago it was not fixed and not they blame me for not allowing them to enter which is a lie because I have the text message to prove that I did not mind. They ignored the leak for 2 years and waited for my tenancy to end to fix it with my deposit. From the bottom of my heart shame on you JLL for employing such negligent and unprofessional staff.

15th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)Booked a viewing for a property I was interested in ls8, agent arrives late, rushed the guide of the house and had lack of information about the property, in the end I placed a bid then never heard from them after that, rang up a few times kept getting told I would get a call back, few months down the line I see the same house for LESS than my original bid, lost out on a sale due to poor customer service.

19th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)Hello Reviewers!! I had rented a property for 6years and was alarmed when I was told I would be having to move as my landlord had sold his property during the lockdown. I searched everywhere! I couldn’t find anything suitable and the longer I searched the closer I got to the moving out date! I was panicking! Then I found SBLiving! There I had two amazing members of staff who went above and beyond for me and my requests! So a big shout out and thank you to Emily and Natasha! They were polite, fun to communicate with and most of all very professional! They found me a place (where I am now residing) And it’s been a dream come true! The process was fast Efficient and effective! I have been here for about 6weeks now and I cannot thank them enough! So a big box of celebrations is in order! Emily and Natasha if you are reading this THANK YOU ;)

Terms and information provided up front was really transparent and straightforward and communication has been spot on throughout. The online portal was also a useful tool to have access to. Overall, a very positive experience with Dacres Morley - would recommend to others.

15th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Initially good to deal with. Purchased a new home through them and found them pleasant. However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Would not recommend as at the first sign of a problem they have disappeared and washed their hands of us.
