Jacob arranged for it in a few hrs literally and the issue was resolved. I'd highly recommend parklane to whosoever is looking for a suitable property. Keeley went out of her way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She was always in contact with the selling and buying stakeholders and made sure we had the regular updates. She also made sure we keep the completion date planned as per our requirements. Also, in general all the other staff members of the branch i.e. Laura, Ollie and Chris were super helpful. Highly recommended estate agents

From the very beginning, their service has been exceptional. Recently, I went through the process of buying out the property, and once again, their support was invaluable. A special thanks to Hannah, who went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Her dedication and assistance made a potentially stressful situation seamless and enjoyable. 5th Oct 2024 (6 days ago)With the exception of the owner, the majority of the team in the Leeds branch are either on the job learning, reactive instead of proactive, or lack any sense of commercial acumen (based on my six years experience of them letting our flat). Just seem to go through the motions without offering much value - after six years of dealing with sheer incompetence / laziness at times we had had enough and there are far better agents out there that offer a higher quality service at a much lower fee. Would avoid like the plague.

17th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Terrible estate agents! Preys on the poor by providing shoddy and in many circumstances illegal places to live (no running water, black mould problems, unclean communal areas) and then refuses deposits back when tennants no longer want to reside! I would stay clear.

I feel that they have been very supportive and proactive in a turbulent and difficult market in a City Centre location. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Agency.

Dale especially talked me through the whole process. The team cooed really well despite an unexpected absence through illness. Also a nice touch that I got a thank you hamper containing various goidies

5th Jul 2024 (14 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
