7th Feb 2026 (9 days ago)This was my first time searching for and viewing rental properties on my own, so I was a little nervous about the process. Within minutes of making an enquiry about a flat I liked, Tomas replied and arranged a viewing for me within a few days. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He also showed me other similar properties, gave me time to make a decision, and sent everything over quickly once I was ready to proceed with the contract. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Tomas at Parklane Properties and would definitely consider using Parklane again in the future.

21st Nov 2025 (12 weeks ago)Haven't been a tenant with this agents for some time - left for reasons unrelated to the property / agency, however had numerous problems during the tenancy anyway - and just received a tenants maintenance problem! Huge safety concern as I received the building code and their apartment door code! Appalling - hope they’ve contacted the tenant to explain and changed the code, luckily I’m not a bad person!

The Team have been very professional and outstanding, their communication with us has made the entire process feel less stressful, often going above and beyond. Lucy has been an amazing support throughout, our whole selling process, nothing was a problem no matter how inconsequential it seemed to be, she was always on hand to offer support and advice. There was always one of the team available for reassurances and to guide you.

The process was very long winded based on delays with solicitors and Gareth was constantly in touch with us and trying to push it all along. Highly recommended!
