The team remained in constant contact throughout and responded to all the queries in a professional manner. Always respected our wishes and provided their experienced guidance whenever needed.

4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)First time buyers. We recently bought our first home through William H Brown Yeadon branch. Would like to say a huge thank you to our mortgage adviser, Dan. His service from the very first meeting was outstanding, throughout the whole process he was there when we needed him (any time any day) and made everything as simple as possible for us. Couldn’t be happier with the service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

14th Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.
27th Mar 2024 (17 weeks ago)Had dealings with this company twice 1st time wanted to view a house in Burley in Wharfedale told he would have to consult the Director ....never got back to me 2nd viewed a house on South view we were the 1st people said yes to full asking price gave prove of funding within 30 mins Next day told they were showing someone else who also wanted to buy Then told it was going to best and final offers 12 noon the following day I went 5 k over the asking price 180k then 5 mins before the 12 noon deadline offered 182k I was told the owners had gone with the other offer I know know that was infuse lower than mine it was sold at £181.500 not happy to say the least

In particular, they provided invaluable assistance with the selection of tenants, providing sensible and knowledgeable advice in general and on the upcoming regulations as well.

19th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Just completed on a property purchase in Ilkley and can’t thank Dale Edison enough for their determination to get the sale over the line. My case was long and complicated mostly due to my own circumstances but Molly was always so patient, considerate and efficient in moving us forward with each step and keeping everyone updated. At some point she was the only person who was responding to my emails and kept me in the loop with what was happening during the long and quite daunting process. Really felt very well cared for through the process and was nice to have a thoughtful and reassuring person on the other side to guide me. Huge thanks Molly and all.

She was happy to answer all our questions and was very encouraging about our sale.She was also very prompt in replying to emails and texts during this process. In the end we had a very straightforward sale as we swapped houses with our buyer, but that buyer came from one of the early viewings arranged by Monroes.I would recommend Kiera and Monroes without hesitation.

24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)What a ride we have had! After trying to sell and getting no where with other estate agents we went for Ornella after a couple of great recommendations. Within a few weeks we had multiple viewings all with good intentions and she sold our apartment. Although this didn't go through first time Ornella managed to sell our apartment again very quickly. Always keeping us informed about how they all went and gave us lots of feedback each time. Through our journey of selling with Ornella she was always in touch with everyone involved to make this the easiest quickest and smoothest journey she could. She is incredibly hard working and well connected and above all care for her customers happiness in finding their perfect home. Cannot recommend enough!

Whilst the process wasn't ideal for me due to having to move to temporary accommodation to not lose my buyer, Lauren was able to secure a sale at a good price in a relatively stagnant market at the time.
14th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)We too moved to Enfields after some six months of mediocre service from a rival estate agent. Five months on we have completed our sale and we have nothing but praise for Andrew and his team. Highly recommend.
