23rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

Always updating us on the status of the purchase and coordinate very well with the seller and us buyer. Thank you very much!

12th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I has an issue with electrics at the property and mad one phone call problem was resolved within a hour. Very friendly and polite staff.
In September 2017 we decided that we wanted to move from London to Dunstable. Warren showed us round a property which for us was “love at first sight”. Over the next couple of weeks Warren arranged another viewing for us and brokered an offer to his vendors. Unfortunately what should have been an easy and straightforward conveyance turned into the transaction from hell. Over the next 10 months not only did the chain collapse but we also lost the house we wanted so desperately to buy. With pressure from the top of the chain, complexities at the bottom and anxiety and stress in the middle there were many occasions when it would just have been easier to stay put and not move at all. Thankfully due to the care, consideration and professionalism of our own Estate Agent and Bradshaws and their ability to work with other Agents in the chain we were able to re-secure the purchase of our dream-home once more. Finally last month in July 2018 we moved into our new beautiful home in Dunstable. Warren worked tirelessly on behalf of his Vendors whilst also being available to us when we needed reassurance or questions answered. Bradshaws offer a truly professional and personal service and Warren definitely knows his houses, but he never, ever loses sight of the fact that to the people involved dreams can be built or broken in the house buying and selling process.

He booked viewings for me back to back so he spent a few hours with us for a day visiting the houses in the area. He was honest, insightful, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Can't rate him high enough.
8th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)The team at Alexander’s were able to assist me in moving home recently all within a very tight time frame. Connor took us for a couple of viewings before we found the ONE with all the right sound bites- ideal location in central Dunstable, Historical building beautifully restored and fitted out and very reasonably priced. The whole Lettings team including Hannah and Regan also played a big part in keeping in touch, sorting out the Admin work and settling me in. Very authentic in their timely communication, chasing up enquiries and thoroughly nice Real Estate professionals to deal with. Thank you Alexander’s.

16th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)If every estate agent was like Luton branch of Northwood, estate agents wouldn’t have a negative reputation! We rent an older property, so have had numerous issues to report over the years. Not only is there always a prompt response, but also genuine concern, evidenced by follow-up calls until the problem has been resolved. My wife and I have had dealings with each member of the lettings team. Without exception, staff are courteous, friendly—and efficient. We get the impression that a happy atmosphere prevails in the office. Having recently met the manager, we think we know why!
18th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.

17th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Great at obtaining tenants quickly. But unfortunately the experience with the tenant was horrendous. Tenants were found but I doubt much was looked into in their background. And on to checkout, tenanr damaged pretty much the property and nothing was done. So overall not happy with both tenant and agent.
