14th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Found that viewing were being booked but some never showed, offers were being made but always mysteriously disappear or are not chased back. Just lost confidence completely. The feedback was vague also.

5th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

The process is smooth and only made better by the lovely people working in the office. Thank you Jonathan, Jo, Sue and everyone else!

2nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Lovely landlord. However have spoken and gas engineer out. Keep telling me the same. The unit flicks on for 5 minutes and then off. It never did in my 3 years at this lovely property that I like to call home. Heating and water still crazy. Gutter at front is leaking. Which o can see is causing brick rot. The gutter is leaking that much onto the paving it’s going up the wall. Will be an expensive job for lanlord. From me asking as it bangs on the front windows. No one can sleep if they come over. I personally think who is this company. They won’t fix the gutters after asking for 10 months. Sad thing is. Green mould is growing up front walls. Hence when I leave. After months of asking. Mould on walls behind radiator and also the gutter will still need seeing to. So ashamed have paid so much to keep a lovely house

You could always depend on them to put your mind at ease if you had any questions . There professionalism was second to none .
5th Dec 2025 (19 weeks ago)AWFUL SERVICE. NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Why anyone would list with this company is beyond me. They clearly dont act on behalf of their clients. I've called 20 times this week to arrange a viewing and never once answered.

She communicated clearly at every stage, kept me updated regularly, and was always available to answer any questions. What really stood out was her honesty and dedication. I would highly recommend Claire’s services to anyone looking to buy a property. her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly set her apart.

We had arranged a viewing for a flat, but on the day of the appointment, we were informed that the property had already been let agreed. This was very frustrating, as no prior notice was given. Additionally, the staff member we spoke to on the phone was rude and came across as unprofessional, which made the situation even more disappointing.

7th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Things started off great with Reside coming to value our property and to take pictures for the website. The agent was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the house and area having marketed the property previously. However, things went downhill after our first block of viewings. The lady that was supposed to be conducting the viewings was late. As it had been organised as an open house sort of viewing we had people turning up while we were stood waiting to set off to a viewing we had booked for ourselves. When she did finally turn up she knew absolutely nothing about the property or area and had clearly done no prep for the viewing. We then had the problem of lack of communication which was ongoing up until completion of the sale. Reside failed to tell us for 4 days that our buyers had actually withdrawn their offer, it was only because we got in touch with them that they decided to tell us. Luckily we managed to resolve this with our buyers and the sale went ahead, but had we not have got in touch who knows what would have happened. Buying and selling a house can be stressfull enough as it is, and unfortunately Reside did not help with this.

3rd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)From the onset of selling the house they did what they said they would do. I was kept up to date of all viewings however a bit more feedback from the viewers would have been appreciated. Overall I'm very satisfied with what they have done so far.

All members of staff were informative and knowledgeable and their expertise made the whole sales process move seamlessly. Chris was professional and supportive through the whole process. His knowledge of the local area is unmatched. The quality and quantity of the photographs truly made the property look stunning and stand out from other similar properties - I'm not surprised that he found a buyer within a week. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed at all steps and that the sale went through efficiently. Cheryl was also very easy to work with. Her communication was clear, consistent and professional. She helped make the transaction as smooth as possible by keeping me in the loop at every stage. I am truly appreciative to the RE/MAX team.
