10th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Terrible service.
Had 2 viewings with them around the city and had rushed through them in minutes. Little to no conversation or explanation of the properties.
For one property we were left to wonder around the
building on our own because the agent had to do another viewing. Walking around a new building, without any access , felt like we were trying to break in.
Just not a great way to show people around and a total showcase of disinterest.

18th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Paul was very helpful when we hit problems with the sale of my parent’s property. All the staff I dealt with were polite and very lovely.
8th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Really happy with the service from Anthony and Danielle at Kingswood. I was buying a property through them and, even though I wasn’t their main client, they were both really helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

They were always easy to deal with, quick to respond and did a great job keeping everything moving. I really appreciate how much they helped and kept me in the loop, especially as buying a property can be pretty stressful.

Thanks again for all your help!
3rd Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Highly professional and efficient at all stages of the rental process.
26th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Received and accepted an offer within 4 days of the property being advertised, so would highly recommend.
5th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Esther was wonderful in terms of communicating with seller and solicitors. She made all possible efforts to speed up the purchase and overall provided an excellent service.
25th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Aubrey Lee arranged numerous repairs to our property in a timely and professional manner. (...even for some issues that weren't standard. e.g. A bird got stuck in an external vent, so they extracted the bird and put a more solid cover on the vent. They also put a more solid cover on a vent in the back which required an entire roofing team!) Eleanor Gregory personally came to see all the things that needed fixing. THANKS!
15th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I visited the office to return my keys. While signing paperwork, I overheard three members of staff mocking a family who had just left. The family were not native English speakers and had complained that the property they were due to move into was too dirty to occupy as planned.

Hearing staff ridicule customers for raising concerns about the cleanliness of their new home was deeply unprofessional. As a white bystander, I also felt the mocking had a racial undertone. The incident left me with a very poor impression of how this agency treats its customers.

I would rate 0 stars if I could.
22nd Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We couldn’t have asked for better regarding the service given , Brook Adam’s who has handled our sale has been excellent with information and keeping us updated
7th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)AWWFULLL company do not use them!!! Atrocious customer service and will send you a bill for things you shouldn’t even be paying for. This company is the worst estate agents in the whole of the uk I beg you go somewhere else if your considering these lazy “workers”
23rd Oct 2026 (7 days ago)It's been 2+ years now, and I must admit that it's been a very wonderful experience. The responsiveness of the team, the ease of engagement, and the treatment so far have been satisfactory. It's been a jolly ride.

Isabella Halsall has also been an excellent agent. The professionalism and thoughtfulness behind her actions is amazing. I also appreciate how swift she is in responding to concerns and resolving all the issues.
29th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Communication was consistent throughout. Alternatives were offered during difficult market conditions.
7th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Muy poco profesionales.
26th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I recently bought a flat via the Johns & Co Royal Wharf office and was so impressed by their dedication to helping the process keep moving and keeping me in the loop. Rhiannon, Jaina and Elliott went above and beyond to do what they could to make it all happen. We're living abroad which makes things harder, and Jaina even took on overseeing some work in the flat after completion to make sure everything we'd agreed with the seller went smoothly. Thanks team!
19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)I had an amazing working experience with Rebacca Scott, As the director of a cleaning company, communication was highly professional and prompt. I highly recommend Cherry Picked Properties

27th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Really amazing. I had Jessica helping with my first house purchase and she was brilliant. Super proactive and always responded quickly. Thank you!!

20th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’m so grateful for all the help and support throughout the sale of my flat. It wasn’t the easiest property to sell, but Sevi was incredibly professional, patient and persistent from start to finish. She kept me updated and worked hard to keep everything moving. I genuinely appreciate everything and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sevi. Thank you so much! ??
2nd Oct 2026 (28 days ago)Elliot is always extremely helpful when requesting assistance.
Good work, my friend.

8th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)top team special thanks to Sophie Willis !!!
21st Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I had to wait 3 hours for them to hand over the keys because they said they were doing the inventory and cleaning. When I finally got to the flat, it was absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. Avoid this company at all costs. They’re absolutely disgusting. I moved in on Monday, 12th October, and the house was dirty then and it’s STILL dirty to this day. They literally do nothing about it. The kitchen is absolutely filthy. My sister and I had to clean up our bedrooms just so we could sleep comfortably. Like, how disgusting is that?! I don’t even use the bathroom because it’s so dirty. We had to clean one of them ourselves just so we could shower and stuff. I can’t even cook because the kitchen is so disgusting, so I’ve been eating out EVERY SINGLE DAY since 12th October!!! I regret moving here so much
13th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Neil was super friendly and helpful, really appreciate the assistance!
13th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
