18th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)From the first visit for an accurate valuation through to sale and completion I found the Squre room team professional and proactive. Their communication was excellent with all the parties concerned throughout the process. I genuinely recommend them.
22nd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)We wanted quotes from 3 agents and Kingswood stood out by valuing the property much higher than the others. We were surprised as the difference was huge. Not sure which quote was accurate now. Doing some works on the house before selling but I’m not convinced theirs was the most accurate quote? ??????
24th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)? 1 Star – I Would Not Recommend This Estate Agency<br>I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through this estate agency to think twice. My experience from moving in to moving out has been extremely disappointing.<br>When I first moved into Aylestone Road the property, was in a terrible condition. The flooring was coming up, door handles were broken, the carpets were brown and had a foul smell, and there were cracks in the walls. I even had to spend my own money removing a sofa and wardrobe that had been left in the property, as well as painting and improving the flat myself just to make it feel presentable and liveable.<br>After I had put my own time and money into improving the property, I later asked to add my partner to the tenancy and the agency then attempted to increase the rent, despite the fact that I was the one who had paid towards improving the condition of the flat.<br>Repairs were another issue. Whenever something needed fixing, I experienced long delays, including waiting over two weeks for repairs to be dealt with.<br>The most frustrating part has been moving out. After the condition the property was originally given to me in, the agency is now attempting to make deductions from my deposit for issues I do not believe I am responsible for, including cleaning and what I consider to be normal wear and tear. They have also claimed that charges are required for professional cleaning, despite the fact that we left the property considerably cleaner than when we received them.<br>It is extremely frustrating to improve a property at your own expense, leave it in a better condition than you received it, and then still be faced with attempts to deduct money from your deposit for cleaning and other issues.<br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency. Take plenty of dated photographs and videos of absolutely everything when moving into one of their properties and keep records of all communication, repairs and money you spend on the property.<br>Do not assume your deposit will be straightforward to get back. I certainly would not rent through this agency again.<br><br>Before and photos.

The valuation given was higher than expected, and although not realised in the final sale price, was close enough to what I was looking for. Correspondence throughout has been brisk, as ever you warm more to some than others, but all very efficient. I would reuse and recommend them in the future.

30th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Sue and the team at LRG/Leaders highly enough.<br><br>My purchase wasn’t straightforward, with delays outside anyone’s control, but throughout the entire process Sue kept me updated, responded promptly to my emails, and was always reassuring, kind, professional and incredibly patient.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt informed about what was happening.<br><br>Massive thanks to Sue and the team for all of your hard work in helping me purchase my first home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to anyone buying or selling a property.

28th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Through out the year, general expectations of a letting agency were met. However, due to a couple instances, this rules out a good review.<br><br>One - they lied about attending a property when a fire risk was present, protecting their maintenance crew rather than admitting fault on their behalf. This was extremely concerning as all of our belongings including the house could have been destroyed!<br><br>Two - at the end of the tenancy, they charged their flat rate of £50 for a mattress clean for a tiny (1inchx1inch) brown mark, when the mattress was already measured by their own metric as ‘7’ meaning ‘minor marks or minor signs of wear and tear’. Then lied about the proceedings of the deposit return - stating that they would take all of the deposit if they did not accept our counter offer after three attempts via a 3rd party, causing our lead tenant to send a lower offer of £25, worried that they would take the whole deposit. However, this was a lie and this is not how the 3rd party operated, but it was too late to retrieve the offer once it has been accepted.<br>Additionally a mattress clean costs £50 or it doesn’t, the fact they even took our lower offer of £25 reveals they were just out for a quick cash grab, disgusting<br><br>All in all, MCR Move has a track record of a lying, do not go with them! Plenty of better agencies out there!

3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with X1 Sales & Management. I spent over an hour trying to get through on the phone, but nobody answered and I was left on hold.<br><br>I was allocated a parking space but was given a broken parking remote. I called to report the issue, but no one picked up, so I had to travel to the office in person. Unfortunately, I was simply given another remote that was also broken. No one had tested it beforehand, resulting in a completely unnecessary journey, wasted travel expenses and wasted time.<br><br>I also submitted the issue through the maintenance portal, but have received no response.<br><br>The lack of communication and basic customer service is extremely frustrating. I would expect much better management and support from a professional property management company.
