15th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester. ----------------------------------------------------------- Update November 2025 We raised a complaint with TPO who set the rules and guidelines for estate agents in UK, explained our situation on an email with all the evidence. We received decision from TPO on the 28th of November advising Belvoir estate agents to refund our money minus reference fees. We have our money back now.
17th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)We experienced an 8 week delay in getting our property live on site and once it was live the description was incorrect and very brief. We received very minimal communication throughout the 16 weeks and no updates provided without prompting from our side. We received no interest or viewings on our property and received no guidance or advice on how we could potentially improve this. Would not recommend for city centre properties or anyone trying to sell their property with a quick turnaround.

9th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)After using 2 previous estate agents for the sale of our property Aubrey Lee excelled in getting our house sale completed. Laurence was there throughout liaising between us and our potential purchasers. The quality of the photos by Aubrey Lee was night and day using a professional photographer at no additional cost made the photos pop on the advert compared to the iPhone taken photos of other agents. Eleanor and Sisi in the office were also great in liaising between estate agents for my onward purchase and my unresponsive solicitor. I have no hesitation in recommending Aubrey Lee

4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

4th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Used to be a 5 star review and they at least pretended to care at one point. From 2021 to about 2023 any issues I had were taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible. However since late 2023 they've really fallen off. -Emails go unanswered for weeks if answered at all -It can take ages to get through to anyone on the phones. -More and more tenants of the building were low life druggies which made the once pretty pleasant place more undesirable to live in. I would stay far clear of renting any properties that these lot manage and I'm glad I've now left
