Mia took my call and even though she was going on a half day and was leaving work early she didn’t hesitate to allow me to view the property later that morning with her. She very professionally gave me a tour of the property and answered any questions. She had her business card at the ready for me to contact her if I needed anything else. A very friendly and helpful member of staff at Manchester Bridgfords branch.

She was especially supportive during what could have been a stressful move from abroad, always patient and understanding. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place for a smooth transition. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient letting agent.

9th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)After using 2 previous estate agents for the sale of our property Aubrey Lee excelled in getting our house sale completed. Laurence was there throughout liaising between us and our potential purchasers. The quality of the photos by Aubrey Lee was night and day using a professional photographer at no additional cost made the photos pop on the advert compared to the iPhone taken photos of other agents. Eleanor and Sisi in the office were also great in liaising between estate agents for my onward purchase and my unresponsive solicitor. I have no hesitation in recommending Aubrey Lee
26th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Melissa and Geraldine have managed the sale of my property in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. They are both very responsive and will always get back to you via phone or email the same day. Had a choice of lots of photos and a wonderful description written of my property alongside support obtaining EPC at a cost effective rate. They organised the viewings around my circumstances and schedules and would keep me up to date on who was visiting and when, and share feedback and offers in a timely way. Both of them are lovely ladies, will be honest with you and try to minimise stress as much as possible! I would recommend them to anyone selling their house in Prestwich.

Had a few obstacles along the way (usual with solicitors / buyer questions), but navigated through all of this keeping us informed throughout and working really closely with our solicitors and buyers to complete the sale. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again ??????

It was quite a complicated process for various legal and lease reasons and took around six months to complete from the offer being accepted. It would have been impossible to get this done without the help, advice, attention to detail and patience of Barbra and Andrew. Barbra particularly went above and beyond what we expected and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Was impressed with Einar for valuation and viewings were well organised but just a little disappointed by tone of questioning when I asked for specific change to process before sign up. Where things stood out though was the tenacious efforts of Devon Spencer to chase progress of sale through. She made me feel I had a real ally in the latter stages as we moved to exchange despite tenuous progress from purchaser side

We had arranged a viewing for a flat, but on the day of the appointment, we were informed that the property had already been let agreed. This was very frustrating, as no prior notice was given. Additionally, the staff member we spoke to on the phone was rude and came across as unprofessional, which made the situation even more disappointing.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Very proactive in marketing my property and no issue in relation to attending viewings when I was unable to be present. A great all round team!

15th Apr 2026 (2 days ago)I’m a tenant who has been renting via Bentley Hurst for five years now and I’d really like to commend my real estate agent, Natasha Mulenga. As a tenant, what’s important to me is that if there is any issue such as the boiler or shower not working properly, there is a speedy and effective response so that the issue is resolved quickly. I have been very pleased at how professionally problems have been dealt with and feel the concerns of the tenant are listened to not just when first renting but throughout the lease period. I have always found Bentley Hurst to be very pleasant to communicate with and thoroughly recommend them.
