They have always dealt with my matters straight away in the last 3 years of being their tenant e.g replying to me emails the same day. I’ve had a great experience with this agency and would mainly like to thank the main guys ALEX and MEHMET for all of their kind help throughout the years with their great service. 17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

15th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Very difficult to reach by phone or email. They lost the tenants rent several times. Now they have failed to pay back the deposit - 3 months after the tenants moved out! And unresponsive as ever to emails and complaints

11th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Fantastic experience with Jacqui. If you are looking for a more personal experience then look no further. From valuation to completion Jacqui was all over it! She did a lot of the chasing and calming of sellers and vendors in the chain. She uses a professional photographer which was one of the things I loved, as I've seen some truly awful listings. She managed the open day and offers promptly and got me a buyer who actually saw it through to the end. Always there for a catch up or update. Unlike some of the other chains, she never sold my data to removal companies etc and I always felt she was looking out for my best interests, not just the commission, which by the way was also the lowest quote I got, as some of the others quoted but never mentioned that it excludes VAT. An easy 5 stars and I've recommended to friends and family.

They were supposed to start work on redevelopment years ago and the project still has not begun, they've simply left their land derelict. Strawberry Star needs to pick up tools and start work on this project ASAP - or else their name will be in the mud when it comes to property acquisition and development.

Sascha and the team at IDM have been over and above the expectation of help and support during the tenancy. Nearing 3 years at the property speaks for itself.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

They don't make you feel like you're a loser because you don't qualify for the property. They will call you back as soon as you ask for details. I hope I can get a property to rent from them soon.
