He always had time to explain what was happening and was brilliant at keeping us updated and even helped to push it through to exchange. Without Wayne we would have been completely lost we cannot thank and recommend Wayne enough.

17th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)James represented us on a recent sale in the Victoria Park area and provided a knowledgeable, proactive, pragmatic service with excellent communication. Given the emotional nature of buying/selling properties it is essential to have a calm, persuasive agent who finds practical solutions to problems that arise - James frequently demonstrated all these qualities. I do not hesitate recommending his services to others. They offer fantastic value.
10th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.
8th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)We have recently let our second flat from Alwyne Estates. Freddie has been incredibly helpful, very responsive with any queries, and has a great insight into the market. Would highly recommend.
26th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Where do I begin ? Had a viewing booked for 1 pm today. I showed up and there was two other people to view the room the same time as me. The agent bumped the price by 100£ monthly without even explaining why, the availability initially proposed was one month away, it's magically changed to immediate availability. The agent called me later on the phone asking me to pay the holding deposit AND first month's rent without even knowing the period I want to stay or any basic details any normal agent would want to know. The other one star reviews are legit, I don't recommend these guys.

And I would like to express my upmost appreciation for the assistance provided by Frank during our tenancy .
17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

Various maintenance challenges overcome quickly and without fuss by James and his team of contractors. Including a slick move-out / deposit return etc too. Thank you James ! We will be back !
14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We had excellent service from Alex Childs. He was always courteous and kept us informed as necessary. Messages were conveyed and responses received promptly as required. Estate agents are not universally well regarded but Alex showed clear integrity where it was needed and I would have no hesitation in asking him to act for us again.

When we came to view the property, she was really well informed -- she clearly knew about the house and the area, which really helped us to get excited about it. Throughout the negotiation and the sales process she was responsive, helpful, and warm. You always felt like you were dealing with someone you could trust. And she was always incredibly flexible about letting tradespeople into the house for inspections, nothing was ever too much. Having had mixed experiences with estate agents throughout my search, I would recommend Easthaus to anyone buying, selling or renting locally. They're brilliant.

He certainly went above and beyond at every step in the process of selling my mother’s house. I would certainly recommend him and would use his services again.

The company is extremely professional and have always found new tenants immediately when required. Sean, the Letting Manager, is responsive and eager to help. Dionne Brown, the Property Manager, is quick in her response and handles any issues that arise efficiently.
24th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves.

We have had some not- so positive experiences with estate agents in the past but Christina was a breath of fresh air. She was so friendly and down to earth and especially NOT PUSHY which was something we really appreciated , almost like a friend showing you around. There was some delays through out the process (none of which were her fault) but we could tell that she was trying her best to get them resolved. She kept us in the loop through out and was available on the phone if we needed help. I would 100% recommend giving her a shout to help you out when looking for a property, she’s great!

Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
16th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)After a bad experience trying to sell our flat through one of the big estate agency chains, Story of Home was recommended to us by a friend. Our experience couldn’t have been more different; Stuart actually cared about our sale and knew the market and the business inside out. He was there at every step of the way through a fairly complicated sale. He gave excellent advice on everything, was quick to respond to any questions and was there for us whenever needed. We would not hesitate to recommend Story of Home, to anyone.
