5th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Pattinsons grossly over priced my property, possibly by nearly 50%. I received apologies for this but I think it caused problems in the sale of the house. They recommended selling it via auction which I'm not convinced was the best way of selling it. The property is no longer on the market. I will look to try and sell it in the spring with another agent.

18th May 2023 (2 years ago)Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road. We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised. We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten. The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.

Gail McLean has always been our contact there, and she is wonderful; approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Gail and the Sanderson Young team have ensured that our property has been let quickly and to high quality tenants every time. Highly recommend (thanks Gail!)

I want to acknowledge both Megan and Hazel for their warm customer service and their ability to meet my expectations by finding the right individuals. In a fast-moving market, their communication has been proactive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and in the end delivered a high-quality tenant-finding service that has made the start of this tenancy seamless. It is rare to find a team that combines such efficiency with a personal touch. I would highly recommend the Crawcrook branch to any landlord looking for a dedicated and reliable team to manage their property interests.

Michael kept in touch every step of the way he arranged all the viewings and there was nothing for us to stress about. Michael has very good knowlege and was able to also refer us on to other processionals within the industry. Praise would definitely use again
