29th May 2024 (20 weeks ago)From the outset Chris at Powells has been friendly, professional and the most helpful when buying and selling our property. He quickly arranged for our house to be marketed to allow us to be in a position to put offers in on other properties. The brochure and photos combined really helped upsell our house. Chris is very good at communicating and kept the pressure on the solicitors. I would highly recommend Chris at Powells to anyone looking to sell their property! 11th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Our experience with Archer & Co could not be any more pleasant than it was! Valuation: Ben was available at short notice and came extremely prepared. Explained everything to me in plain language so I could understand the process and the valuation price etc. He has managed my expectations and reassured me! Marketing: Maddie has liaised with us re photographer, brochure and the listing and gosh was she a star ?? She was patient and listened to our wishes and suggestions. She has even posted me the copy of the brochure so I can keep it ?? the photographer was absolutely brilliant! Professional and very good at his job! The pictures turned out amazing! Viewings and Sale: James oh James! What a lovely gentleman! He was attentive, patient, professional and funny! The efficiency, reliability and attention to detail was just amazing! They’ve sold our house in just 2 weeks!!!! Absolutely by far the best Estate Agent I have ever come across! ?????????? We are very very grateful for all your help!! 2nd Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys

12th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)From first contact with MG Estate Agents, they were on time for our agreed appointment. I met with Gavin who was very polite, he wanted to know about the life in my fathers property before going onto our thoughts about the selling price. He was very knowledgeable about houses up for sale or ones that had just been sold. He went through how MG would go about advertising the property and process. I was very impressed with the street app the company uses which keeps you fully updated with viewings and feed back on how it went. I have been able to contact MG Estate agents with ease, and they have answered any questions I have had. The company were very active with the selling of the property and very quickly had it up live and brought viewers to see the property, i believe the house was marketed at the right price, which brought the viewings. I would use this company again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. Carole Mead
