The whole process—from viewing the property to completing referencing checks and receiving the keys—was incredibly quick and seamless. Ebony and her colleagues kept me updated every step of the way, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. What really stands out is how responsive and approachable the team are. Any property issues are handled quickly, and maintenance is arranged without delay. It’s clear they genuinely care about their tenants and providing a great service. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough—an excellent experience from start to finish.

Our house was on the market for about six weeks and we only had two viewings during that time, so in the end we decided to take it off the market as the experience wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for. One thing I didn’t like was that we met one estate agent for our valuation, initial consultation, and photos, but after that we never heard from him again. Instead, a different agent we’d never met carried out the viewings. This person didn’t know us or what we wanted potential buyers to know about our house, including specific details we’d shared with the original agent. We were disappointed as we expected the person we’d built rapport with to be the one doing the viewings

From my first enquiry to securing my new home, the team were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They were always prompt with communication, kept me updated at every step, and went the extra mile to answer my questions especially with viewings and negotiations. The staff’s local market knowledge and supportive approach made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell a property in Cardiff excellent service all around!- 18th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Sage & Co were brilliant they were helpful and friendly. 29th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)Good experience. Kept informed at all times as don't live in the area. All staff were great but particularly Ben at the beginning and throughout and Catherine at the end. Always replied quickly to queries. Would recommend these estate agents.
9th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)A very poor experience with Carol Simmonds at Davis & Sons. My partner and I inquired and viewed a property with the intention of renting. Placed a holding deposit down and started referencing. They stated we required a guarantor who owns a home and earns £45k a year. We couldn't provide a guarantor so requested our holding deposit back. This is where the problems started. They began with saying we lied about our income, which we didn't. Then changed it to not providing accurate employment information, which we provided accurate info. Then finally after threatening to take it to a small claims court decided we lied about our credit history? Now we must push this to a small claims court and report them to the financial ombudsman to try and claim our hard earned and hard saved money back. ------- An utterly devastating experience all around, as a young couple trying to put our trust in an estate agent this has left us feeling very betrayed and taken advantage of. --------

Professional and great at getting people through the doors, he was available when I needed him, including on weekends and as on top of chasing the buyer and following things up. Having dealt with a few estate agents during the process of moving house who were nowhere near as competent, I would firmly recommend Red Dragon.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

9th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)House been on the market since June 25 only had 3 viewings. Sold Feb 26. No contact from m2 on to tell us when viewing was booked No updates at all in-between, where as other estate agents offer weekly updates.

20th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Booked in for a valuation Saturday. The person I originally spoke to on the phone verified with the agent that they were happy to do the Saturday. Rang me back to say they’re happy to. Had two emails confirming the valuation was going ahead - all the correct details. Had to travel for an hour to the property and waited, no one turned up. No apology, reschedule request or anything. Even today when they’re open I haven’t received any communication.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Life threw quite a few curveballs our way, but Dane consistently turned those lemons into the most delicious lemonade! Dane's commitment was unwavering. He arranged and communicated countless viewings, always keeping me informed and up-to-date with feedback and responses. His professionalism was outstanding, and his communication was consistently excellent. I know I put Dane through his paces, and he earned every penny! What truly set Dane apart was his unique approach. I was genuinely touched by his hand-written letter, a personal touch you rarely see these days. And the tea bag he included? It made a truly delightful cup of tea! Honestly, Dane is the best estate agent anyone could ask for. I've already recommended him to my friends because I want them to experience the same 5-star service. He's an absolute asset to his company.

9th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Sold my house with One2One in February 2026. Initial valuation house appointment was fine as was the arrangement of the photographs of the house ready to market. From this point onwards it was all downhill. The expectation from the very start was that we were to show buyers around for viewings despite making it very clear from the outset that we did not want this. Once we made it clear that we wanted the estate agents to manage the viewings, we quickly learnt that their availability was scarce with no capacity for blocking viewings. In my view, it’s a tactic to get you to do your own viewings to save them the hassle and they can cash their part in it. All viewings confirmed by text and an email which was all fine. Once we finally reached a place where One 2 One would agree to block viewings they placed at least seven together on a Saturday which we were pleased with at this stage. On the day of the block viewings, no phone calls or communications from the estate agent beforehand so I didn’t even know the name of who was arriving and the agent had never seen my house before. I had to write out key features of the house for the estate agent. To no surprise they were late for the first viewing and I had to ring the office over and over to find out what was happening. Turns out they had booked viewings at a separate address for another seller before my block viewings. I did accept an offer in the days that followed and couldn’t wait to be done with them. The lady who contacted me towards the end of the sale was lovely and approachable but can’t say the same for any of the female staff members I spoke to throughout. I felt the need to write this review as I wished I went with a more reputable company so I could have received the service that we were looking for. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this estate agents entirely.
