While I cannot say that the previous letting agency was bad, but perhaps that they were merely uninterested, the experience with Moginie James has been like night and day. They resolve any issues that they can, rapidly, and have been a pleasure to work with since they took over.

We used Sage and Co Cwmbran when we returned to the UK. They handled our tenancy agreement on a lovely house in Parc Panteg. Nothing was too much trouble great communication highly recommended. We have now returned to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

Nothing was any trouble, always contactable and very prompt with any enquiries. Never had to previously instruct an estate agent previously, so glad I chose Sage. 6th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)My partner and I had nothing but bad experiences from Crook & Blight. We were desperate to get into the property we had been accepted as my partner has a very important surgery in a week and we wanted to be in our first property together. However, Crook & Blight did absolutely everything to prevent this from happening. They were very poor with their communication, they had every excuse under the sun for not letting us in which included staff having annual leave and basic gas and electric checks not being certified which meant they couldn’t guarantee the properties safety even though we had already agreed to move. We pushed them to the point where we said we would clean the property ourselves instead of the landlord hiring a professional cleaner but even then there was no movement. We were then told the landlord has rescinded our application and that we would no longer move in. My partner and I are both autistic and this was particularly distressing as well as the lack of support from the estate agents to help us find a home pre surgery. I would recommend you stay as far away from Crook & Blight as possible.

14th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)I used Freelancer to rent the flat. When I moved in, Aaron gave me a welcome pack. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to contact. Regarding the Newport Council tax and other bills, she helped me complete the necessary moving procedures. I would definitely recommend and will be using this Freelancer agent again.

24th Jul 2024 (3 days ago)They were great we were going to go for them. However, they had the higher fees and the the selling prize was lower. Saying that they said the correct amount because we sold our property for that. Maybe we will have a quicker sell for our property..
