4th Apr 2024 (28 days ago)Disappointing customer service as a potential tenant. I had a viewing at a property, and was advised to email any queries about the property, which I did that evening. As I didn't receive a response, I sent the same query to another 3 email addresses I had over the next few days, to which I received no response. The property was then removed from their website, reappearing about a week later saying it had been let.

The most stress free house move due to great online pictures and a very quick sale (they secured an offer over asking price) and updates throughout the whole process from offer to completion. Would definitely recommend.

She managed to take all our concerns seriously by negotiating the landlord. Also James replied so promptly and agreed for a 2nd review to confirm we are happy. Highly recommended!

Property has been in the market for 6 weeks with still not sign on the property, zero communication from agency. Thinking to give the property to a different agent.- 1st Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)We had a great service from carol at sage and co in risca, she spent the most time with us, than the other estate agents we had up to give us a quote on selling our property and would definitely recommend them.
6th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)My partner and I had nothing but bad experiences from Crook & Blight. We were desperate to get into the property we had been accepted as my partner has a very important surgery in a week and we wanted to be in our first property together. However, Crook & Blight did absolutely everything to prevent this from happening. They were very poor with their communication, they had every excuse under the sun for not letting us in which included staff having annual leave and basic gas and electric checks not being certified which meant they couldn’t guarantee the properties safety even though we had already agreed to move. We pushed them to the point where we said we would clean the property ourselves instead of the landlord hiring a professional cleaner but even then there was no movement. We were then told the landlord has rescinded our application and that we would no longer move in. My partner and I are both autistic and this was particularly distressing as well as the lack of support from the estate agents to help us find a home pre surgery. I would recommend you stay as far away from Crook & Blight as possible.

(23 reviews)18th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)Having moved from Cardiff I first met Donna Stone lake when I needed to look at a Bungalow in Cwmbran..I found Donna very friendly and understanding to my needs and nothing was too much for her as I asked to see the property more times than most people...I was moving from Cardiff and on a few occasions I was not on time for Donna due to traffic never a moan just said take your time..I had a lot of questions which were always answered very quickly and in a friendly way which made me feel relaxed about the Purchase..I could not have asked for a more Professional Person to help me through the whole Purchase I had looked at many other Properties with other Estate Agents but No One Person excelled like Donna did...
