30th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Most unprofessional Estate Agent in Oldham. My personal experience of the branch staff is very poor. You will not find the Shaw branch staff responding to email or picking up the phone. My house has been completely trashed by the tenant. They will also charge extortionate fee for menial repair works and are always late in collecting the rent from the tenant. No one in the branch takes any ownership of the rental arrears. Shaw branch is completely unresponsive to any communication. Very poor, unprofessional and despicable customer service. If you are a landlord, never even think of considering this branch.
2nd Feb 2025 (11 weeks ago)I don’t usually write reviews but I had to share how great my experience has been with Cardwells. The team made the whole process from start to finish feel very manageable. They were always so helpful and available for guidance whenever it was required. Would recommend to everyone and will certainly be using them again in future!
1st Apr 2025 (19 days ago)Melissa berry were amazing. We decided to sell because we’d seen a house they were marketing. In the end we didn’t go with the house, but still sold. Shauna gave the the most accurate valuation. Normie had undervalued by £20k and the valuer was dismissive. We sold our house in 10 days for the correct valuation by Shauna. Geraldine and the rest of the office have been fantastic and I would 100% recommend.
6th Nov 2024 (24 weeks ago)Was very easy to instruct, they came quickly and house was on the market within days. They provided regular market updates and kept in contact regarding viewings and offers. Everyone I spoke to at the branch was friendly and helpful.
20th May 2024 (10 mo. ago)I recently sold a property and having Farrow and Farrow as my estate agent it was so simple. From Emma’s first visit her valuation and photos were spot on. Viewings by Seth took all the hassle away and updates from Peter, their communication was excellent. I cannot fault the whole team and would highly recommend them. Many thanks again.

8th Apr 2025 (12 days ago)Would like to thank Gary for his hard work. We got three different valuations for our property and Gary valued it the highest compared to the other two. He gave us the confidence that we could get what we wanted for our home, and if it wasn’t for Gary we might not have put our house up for sale, based on the other two companies. Our house sold after 24 hours of putting it up for sale. The other estate agents valued it 40k less. Our sale and purchase took a while to complete, which was no fault of Entwistle Green, but throughout this time Gary kept us updated throughout. We are now very happy in our new home. Cheers Gary! I had lots of viewings but very little feedback from the person who did the viewings which meant i had very little to go off as potential buyers mostly didn’t return feedback. Therefore i would have to say there was a disconnect and communication was poor. i withdrew my sale for this reason im afraid .

23rd Dec 2024 (17 weeks ago)Give one star, so I can leave a review, but honestly, H2Homes are a nightmare to deal with. The tenant destroyed my property smash two windows, doors were damage, and no rent was paid. I spoke to Fatima and the team who are completely unhelpful and a waste of time. I will definitely not use H2Homes again. Avoid all costs.

31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
