From early advice on pricing and marketing- including a PR article with photo of our house in the FT. Organising viewings was done well often with the fabulous Carol and Sandy in charge. With the stress of exchange particular thanks to Victoria for keeping us sane and on track.

2nd Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)As you would expect with conveyancing we endured several obstacles,however we had excellent support and guidance from the Rosedale teams in the Market Deeping and Bourne offices. In essence they kept us informed and worked in partnership with Olivia our conveyancer at Taylor Rose MW. The main orchestrators to be commended on sale and purchase are :- Sue and Becki @ MD 10/10 with a special shout out to Becky’s photography and marketing promotions, sheer quality. Catherine and Ewan @ Bourne 10/10 who listened, acknowledged and actioned some complex processing, sometimes with a little nudge ???? other team members were also working hard in the background on other caseloads and intercepted accordingly so to keep the communication channels active.. Totally recommended Check Rosedale out ????

3rd Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)I have to post this and appraise the staff at William H Brown in Spalding and the entire branch. Each problem that came up was never a trouble for the staff, it has been addressed and sorted appropriately and very fast, too. Nothing is too much for them and they are always there to help. I shall give them 11 out of 10 if possible. Same applies to my landlord which together with the staff never ever let me down! Thank you, guys and keep up the good work! Regards, Ancuta.

6th Oct 2024 (17 days ago)Just sold our house and purchased our new property with Winkworth. Had a really positive experience. Good profile pictures taken of our home which showcased it well. Communication was good - regular updates with feedback following viewings and mediating between parties when going through the legal process / until completed. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Matthew who was our main point of contact, which made the stress of house moving easier.

Our case was not straightforward, as we were part of a long chain, but the team was always there to assist and support us throughout the process. We would definitely recommend them and will use their services again in the future if needed.
18th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)As to the reply below, I was emailed that I would get an update close of day today 18.09.2024. I rang up and was told a person put down a holding fee, so no there was no miscommunication nor was I told a couple of days, saw the property last week mid week so I gave it a few days. So thank you for the reply, however I was told that someone had put a holding fee down and was also told if they do no proceed within a week can then told about it to try again, only when I called up about the AD. So you have been misinformed of the information I have been given. Awful customer service, put an application in and told you'll be updated. Not only are you not updated but you are then lied to. Instead of having the common decency to tell you whether or not your successful you have to find out by the ad being removed. If this is how they handle vetting processes I would hate to think how they actually manage the properties, say for instance you needed repairs. Truly upsetting doesn't begin to describe how this is. I am appalled at how the Agent handled this and hope no one else has to go through that kind of jumping through hoops for a simple answer, do not string people along just because you can't give someone upsetting news. I would have been fine being told sorry you are unsuccessful but to have no information and to find out via the ad being taken down is appalling

5th Jul 2024 (16 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
4th Oct 2024 (19 days ago)Ben acted as my estate agent after using a larger firm from Lincoln, who clearly weren't bothered or motivated and didn't listen to instruction and failed me. Walters produced a professional sales brochure and was happy to tweak if needed. They are happy to work as a team yet independently with common sense when needed. Ben was personable and professional with an unusual property to sell. As predicted it wasn't the quickest sale but after the first flurry and then a little nudge, Ben was back on it and secured the sale of my Dads bunglow. He was always reachable and as a smaller family firm I m guessing each sale is important for them too. This didn't mean he was therefore happy to sell at any price like his competitors. He worked in my best interest, and I felt advised well and I would happily recommend for any other clients to trust him to do the same for them. I don't blow smoke and am very honest with feedback. (Hence not naming the bigger firm) Pay that little bit more to get a far better service. Thank you Ben and team, i hope you know how much it meant to me to be able to trust in you particularly with other things happening around me. Thank you from the bottom of my ??
