Special call-out for Steph Stubbs who managed the process for us, and to Catherine, Ewan, and the other staff who supported along the way. Friendly, attentive service throughout; a credit to Bourne. Nice chilled high street office with a couple of relaxed and friendly dogs to greet you too.

9th May 2025 (7 days ago)I have been dealing with with a young lady, Amy Wilson, who has proved to be a breath of fresh air. A very personal and professional individual, who really goes that extra mile to insure complete customer satisfaction. Sadly, my property was neglected by WHB and it wasn't until Amy arrived that anyone seemed to care and for this I am most grateful. I only hope the senior management appreciate her hard work and work ethic as much as I do.
