   There is so much choice when it comes to choosing an estate agent. We decided to go with Thomas Morris as they were competitively priced, had the best google reviews and were the only estate agent that offered us a 360 tour. Due to the current market we were skeptical about being able to sell our house, but after only 2 weeks on the market we’ve accepted an offer and couldn’t be happier. From our first appointment with Simon, to Robert taking all of our marketing photos. To Anna arranging the sale and negotiating with the property that we are buying to get us a great deal. We have received an excellent service and we can’t thank them enough. We have no doubt they will continue to offer this service right through to completion.... Read more

   We are currently moving through the process of selling our property with Liam and the Thomas Morris Huntingdon team. We are based in Australia, so it was essential that we found an Estate agent that could cover all bases and liase with our tenant in a compassionate and reassuring way in order to ensure a smooth sale process. They have been great to work with and have provided exceptional advice and help from the very start. They had good knowledge of the market which made it simple to decide on an asking price and they did a fabulous job of the listing, presenting the property really well and ensuring a quick sale for us.They have kept us in the loop every step of the way, despite the challenges with the time difference, and have negotiated a deal that we are really happy with.    Giggs managed the property I rented for 3.5 years, great response and communication between visiting traders, the landlord and I. Also great communication from the sales side of the business when the landlord put the property up for sale and when that transaction went through.    I am a tenant in a property managed by Annafield and so far they have been great. They were one of the few letting agents in my 10+ years of renting to actually treat me like human beings and not just like an anonymous monthly sum of money for the landlord.
