Newton Fallowell were not trying to maximise their profit, but rather were focused on maximising the chance of a sale.

She was really helpful, always got me the answers to any questions and worked very fast. I never had to chase them up at all as they were always on the ball! So good that I had no second thoughts in using them again when it came to selling my house.
22nd Aug 2022 (1 year ago)This company has incompetent staff. I have booked to see one property, came to this property, was waiting for someone to come and show it- but no one came. I've called them and asking how long I need to wait, and they wasn't aware about this. They even didn't noted in their system about this showroom. They even didn't have my contact details. And when I asked them about that property - they told me that it is already letted. Bad service, bad personnel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Waste of time and nerves.

People arrange viewings to suit work times and this is irresponsible and unprofessional.

When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.
17th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)In 2019/20 we purchased a property through Norton Rickett. Due to changing personal circumstances in 2023 we found ourselves having to relocate so called Paul to arrange a valuation on our property. Hasten to say, we placed it on the market with Norton Rickett and were very pleased that we sold in a difficult market, at a price we were satisfied with, which incidentally wasn’t far off the valuation Paul gave. Our experience with purchasing the property was one of good communication and within their control, Paul and Nick always did what they promised when they promised. Selling the property was no different. Having two individuals looking after your interests with the combined experience of this pair is worth every penny. If there was a reason why something couldn’t happen as expected, however tricky or unpalatable it might have been at the time, they were communicating without delay. House moving is a stressful business, but with Paul and Nick’s calm, logical process and skill, they manage to make sense of issues which are often far from their control. With our careers we have sold and purchased properties many times. With no exception, in our experience Norton Rickett have been the most professional of any estate agent we have used. Thank you Paul and Nick for your valued service.
20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
