Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.

1st Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)4 viewings in 6 months says it all. And that was AFTER they told us to reduce the price. No communication on a regular basis and totally inflexible. We were keen to sell, offered to do an open house, they said it wouldn’t work. We asked if we could go multiagency because we weren’t satisfied and were given a clear NO.

There has been clear communication and they have managed all the viewings. The photos are amazing and they have always been on the end of the phone when needed.
20th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Very rude staff answered the phone, I booked a viewing with them, and got lost I found a place to pack my car and messaged them, the house is inaccessible with a car I then packed somewhere to walk, when I got there I called them and staff was rude I was late,I explained to her that I was expecting a call from them as I had sent a message earlier saying I was lost.They said they had seen the message and its not their job to ring me.Bunch of jokers not prepared to follow sale through.If you want to sell your house stay away from this bunch of time wasters.I have seen better services from other agents.I wish could give a 0 star Good Ridiance

30th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)Initially they talked the talk and were very helpful but once the property was sold they started pushing for us to move out early (which we refused to do) presumably so they could get their commission. The communication in the period between sale and completion was minimal from their side until Ozzie became the "contact" person and we cannot praise him enough.

People arrange viewings to suit work times and this is irresponsible and unprofessional.

16th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)After advertising with a high-street estate agent, and being let down, ignored and plagued with time wasters, my wife and I decided to look for a better agent, who actually cared about their job. My wife found Next Level Property’s advert online and we were impressed with how the adverts were written and displayed, so we decided to try them. Steve came to the house and immediately impressed us with his friendly nature, his plan to sell the house, and his knowledge of the market. He set his advert out differently to the other estate agent, focusing on property’s unique traits and backed it up with fantastic pictures that he took himself. He arranged viewings and we had an offer on the house 3 days after Christmas, within 3 weeks of the house being on the market. Name me another estate agent that could sell a house over the Christmas holiday! He went above and beyond throughout the whole process, especially after the offer went in, where he remained in constant contact with the buyers, dealt with both side’s solicitors, and even saved the whole sale with a common-sense solution to a major issue that arose. I can honestly say that Steve single-handedly saved the house sale and is the only reason we’re currently sitting in our new home! He was a pleasure to work with and he kept us reassured and informed throughout the whole process. He was always there for us, and was often the only person we could reach to update us, as the solicitors on both sides were a nightmare. I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking to sell their house. I will certainly be going back to him when we come to move again in the future. Thank you Steve and Next Level Property!
