Robert was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and made the whole house sale process feel easy and stress-free. The sale went through quickly without any issues, and the team was always happy to help with any questions I had. They kept me informed throughout and truly took care of everything — all I had to do was let them take the photos and sell my house while I sat back, sipped my coffee, and relaxed knowing it was all in safe hands ????? Highly recommend!

My house was put on the market for less than 1 day and had an offer the same day. Cannot recommend Yasmin for what she has done. Very well recommend and will happily use again!

24th Nov 2025 (9 weeks ago)Staff there at Beebys were tops! Always felt they were active and on side taking over where other Eastate Agents failed. All deserve immediate raises in pay! AndyHarpist. Post Script: Dragged their heels over returning my tenant's deposit, and had to demand they act for some weeks. So sour taste over the experience.
27th Dec 2025 (28 days ago)Having been through several estate agents in Peterborough to sell my home, I can say that Fitzjohns stands head and shoulders above the rest. The whole process from site visit, valuation, viewings feedback, and general advice on marketing and bids was very professional. A special shout out to Louise Human who was excellent especially at managing a particularly tricky buyer as well as Paul Barlow whose experience and steady hand was most helpful to manage a few rough moments particularly when that tricky buyer pulled out. They found two more offers and then got me through completion to much relief and joy. I highly recommend using them to sell your property or if you're looking for someone to help you buy.

Even when the news was not as positive, one of the delightful staff would ring and update me. Every week even if there was not much information they would ring and keep me in the loop. I would truly recommend this estate agent to sell your home as I have felt looked after and supported during (what is said to be the most stressful thing, selling your home.). A huge thank you Terry, Louise, Charlotte and Adam x
