16th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)This is my second review for Millerson in Launceston. The first review was glowing, but this new review can only be better. Millerson sold me the house I'm posting about, and that was excellent service. To go full circle I've just used Millerson to sell that same property. First viewing and the sale happened in seven weeks. Could not have gone better. I'm absolutely delighted I chose Millerson over their competitors in the local area. Everyone in the office are so helpful and friendly. You really feel welcome and looked after. Hannah was my main contact and she's been fabulous, but all the staff at Millerson Launceston deserve credit for such an impressive service that I know I would not have received elsewhere.
22nd Apr 2025 (9 weeks ago)Recently exchanged on my Property with completion 7days from now…I only instructed Knight Frank in early January and anticipated period of the usual frustrations that go with ‘The Territory’ I was and am delighted that the stage I am at this early! Obviously you need The Property Gods to be in your Team and I feel that initially was the case however when turbulence occur as they Always do then the Professionalism of Agency is truly tested and in this regard KF we’re not found wanting! Their structure of Operation..the Personnel within that structure..Communication Skills…Proactive and Positive attitude..all in great supply when needed most.To Louise and her team at Exeter thank you..well done!!! A special thank you to Rachel Hancock out of Bristol who ‘Took on’ my House and in effect Nursed it from cradle to grave and drove forward any obstacle with great skill and determination. 27th Feb 2022 (3 years ago)Wish I could’ve bought through the local estate agent; Brunel Estate Agents. Ideal Homes epitomise a big company that know nothing about the property, the area or any legal requirements. They market properties with gardens that aren’t owned by the property, don’t bother advertising the parking at properties with parking in areas where parking is at a premium. When they accept your offer they wait weeks to actually send the memorandum of sale, then during the sale don’t bother to keep you up to date, chase the seller or update you on changes such as the seller pulling out! Total incompetence on every level. Wouldn’t buy or sell with them even if they paid me to.- 2nd Jun 2025 (19 days ago)Such an amazing team in Stratton and Creber Liskeard. Absolutely no problem to do anything for you, so kind considerate and professional. I can’t thank them enough for selling my property.

She is so knowledgeable and listens to exactly what you need when buying and selling your home right from initial meeting to completion. We had previously viewed several places with Megan, Jemima or Polly, who were patient, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. They kept us informed of anything potentially suitable in the area, until we found the home we liked. During the buying period (4 months), all staff were quick to respond to any questions by email or phone. They liaised well between us, the seller & both sets of solicitors to keep the process going forward. Although a small firm, they are professional, efficient and hardworking. Their friendliness and personal attention made the whole process much less stressful... so thanks for your help, Scott and the team.

Continually chased solicitors and were involved in driving forward the sale, liaising with the solicitors, buyer and our the agents we were buying our new property from keeping us updated about developments.

Although a tricky chain and property makeup View were professional, experienced and a fantastic team with great communication. Kim gave us an excellent accurate valuation, meaning we achieved our full asking potential. Lesley continued throughout the sale process to keep us updated and moving as smoothly as possible, with a few hiccups along the way and a great team effort we crossed the finish line. We couldn’t be more thankful for this wonderful estate agents. Highly recommended ???? Thank you!

I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.

They lead all the properties in our chain and kept an eye on it all to see what could be done to help get it all over the line. They were always professional, cheerful and led the way amongst all the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain.
