Not only did he match us with our perfect home, but he also introduced us to a wonderful landlord. Every step of the way, from initial viewings to the referencing process and finally taking over the property, was incredibly smooth thanks to Martin's team expertise and attention to detail. Communication was seamless, kept informed every step of the way, ensuring that we were always in the loop. The entire experience was a testament to the agency's dedication to providing top-notch service. I would highly recommend Victor Chandler to anyone in search of a rental/selling/buying property, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future. Knight Frank - Excellence with the highest possible professional standards of integrity, trust and genuine care delivered by their Exeter Office team– notably Florence, Racheal, Leonie, Rebecca. In fact, the whole team. They found us two suitable buyers within a week! Their conduct was exemplary in terms of communicating, empathy, reassuring and reality – an estate agency which genuinely understands the emotions and needs of people as well as the practical aspects of selling homes. They are second to none – ‘Knights to be trusted' - professional decent agents who can effectively secure a sale with the least amount of stress. Communicating and engaging throughout the whole conveyance - always there. Keeping us informed. Having not sold a house before it was all a bit of an eye opener and it didn't help that I was on the other side of the world for a couple of months! 27th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Wish I could’ve bought through the local estate agent; Brunel Estate Agents. Ideal Homes epitomise a big company that know nothing about the property, the area or any legal requirements. They market properties with gardens that aren’t owned by the property, don’t bother advertising the parking at properties with parking in areas where parking is at a premium. When they accept your offer they wait weeks to actually send the memorandum of sale, then during the sale don’t bother to keep you up to date, chase the seller or update you on changes such as the seller pulling out! Total incompetence on every level. Wouldn’t buy or sell with them even if they paid me to.- 26th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Great experience of Stratton Creber, Jamie did a fantastic job keeping me updated and arranging quick viewings. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Not to be trusted letting team are absolutely useless 4 years we lived with a leak!!! landlord Alec and his wife Nikki didn't care and we were told by the lettings Manager Neil we should be thankful we have a house. Even with council involved just didn't care .. Please use another letting agent AVOID at all costs you have been warned. Updated they even tried to take us for all our deposit even after 4 years of leaks mould and puddles. AVOID !!!! There should be no stars !!!!!! Luckily enough brains and dynamite ???? they accidentally put our deposit all the way through instant KARMA.. please do not trust them bunch of morons. Need to Close down let some professional rent properties to people. Avoid at all costs especially a property in Treningle View

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
