Having carried out the recommended survey work on the exterior of the property, we were interested to find out how this had affected the value of the property. James very kindly carried out a valuation without any commitment knowing we had no intent in moving. He managed to carry out the survey on the day. Fabulous service, very grateful, thank you.
28th May 2025 (21 days ago)A great buying experience. Very thorough and totally on the ball from the two viewings with Callum and the continuation with Elle Walpole. Elle literally held my hand through the whole thing, she kept me regularly informed of what was happening by phone and email. She pushed our purchase over the line, and gave excellent advise. This woman deserves a medal as I was very stressed out. She calmed me down. A big Thank you to a very credible member of the team I would highly recommend Bond Oxborough Phillips.

She is so knowledgeable and listens to exactly what you need when buying and selling your home right from initial meeting to completion. We had previously viewed several places with Megan, Jemima or Polly, who were patient, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. They kept us informed of anything potentially suitable in the area, until we found the home we liked. During the buying period (4 months), all staff were quick to respond to any questions by email or phone. They liaised well between us, the seller & both sets of solicitors to keep the process going forward. Although a small firm, they are professional, efficient and hardworking. Their friendliness and personal attention made the whole process much less stressful... so thanks for your help, Scott and the team.

Navigating the more complicated aspects of a Mast Lease Renewal can be daunting, to make decisions with confidence based on clear and concise advice was exactly what we needed. Helen ensured we understood all the implications and our rights, so we feel very satisfied with the outcome.

Continually chased solicitors and were involved in driving forward the sale, liaising with the solicitors, buyer and our the agents we were buying our new property from keeping us updated about developments.

From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and supporting us through every stage of the process. We had regular communication with Nick, who was outstanding throughout. He responded to emails quickly, was always happy/offering to jump on a call, regularly checked in with us to offer advise and guidance. He made a huge difference in helping us feel reassured and informed. They recommended an amazing solicitors & our sale when through in 2 months (roughly 8 weeks)- which is outstanding! A special thanks to Anne, who showed us around the property. She helped us visualise how we could make the space our own and ideas for future improvements. Her insight really helped bring the property to life for us. We feel fortunate to have worked with such a dedicated and supportive team (including Nicks partner) & we highly recommend Quarters. Thank you again for making what can be a stressful process feel smooth and well managed. To top it all off, when we went to collect the keys on completion day, we were greeted at the office by a very friendly office dog- a lovely surprise that made an already great day even better!
