We sold and purchased with Arnold & Philips and it was the least stressed I’ve ever been moving house. They really look after you, and take away the stress and pressure. I also thought it was a really nice touch the way they present your new home keys, really made a difference. They’re always checking in, not only to see how things are progressing but how you are doing too. Charlie had his Angels and we had Janet, Francine & Katherine! Best estate agent I’ve ever used!

30th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)We have just sold our house through Karen Potter and found every member of staff friendly and very helpful. A special mention for Paige who was 1st Class. She was excellent at keeping us updated on progress, willing to liaise with the buyers and solicitors to keep the sale moving at a good pace. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend Karen Potter and her team.

They have gone above and beyond to ensure everything has gone smoothly. We opted to use the 'Reservation Agreement' service they provide which gave peace of mind and reduced the risk of chain breaks. Both Rachael and Michelle have been extremely professional and made the whole process a lot easier. The service that they have given us has exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them.

Firstly the way that Charlotte dealt with our negotiations over the purchase were 1st rate and Katy for helping keep our spirits up when manoeuvring through the constantly changing housing market after 2 failed sales. From the moment we booked our viewing of the property, all of our interactions with Chris Tinsley staff were dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. After we submitted our offer on the property we received frequent updates (by phone and email) on the progression of our purchase and the (short) chain above. Whenever we had questions, the staff obtained and provided answers in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure to have Claire and her colleagues handle our purchase. If we were to buy another property then we would definitely hope that the property we wanted was on the market with Chris Tinsley.

18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
