In what ended up being a seven month process and a very stressful time for my partner and I. Marc went above and beyond in all areas and without his dedication and communication up until the very end, it may not have completed in time. Poppy and I would highly recommend Marc and his team to anyone buying or selling in the Hungerford area.

They kept you updated from the time of viewings, then feedback after the viewings. Lauren did the viewings and kept us informed all the way along. 23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)They kept us hanging on with a potential buyer who obviously wasn’t going to buy and withdrew after 6 months. We gave Downers the required 4 weeks notice they asked for, and they immediately (same day) withdrew our advert on Rightmove and took down the For Sale sign. They said we would still need to pay them if we found a buyer during that 4 weeks. We eventually sold without an estate agent.

4th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)We bought & sold our last house with Halletts 32 years ago so dealing with them again on our present home made us feel very comfortable. They are a great team, nothing is too much trouble for them. We had viewings very quickly when the house was put on the market and these were all professionally handled by either Graham or his son. We were kept informed after every viewing and once a buyer was found, Graham could always be relied upon to speak to the other agents when there were holdups of any kind. The team are very approachable and we would highly recommend this well established Estate Agents 10/10!!

They delivered a first rate service and most importantly, have a strong marketing reach which in my opinion puts them ahead of local competition.

All calls and emails are dealt with very efficiently and no question seems to be too much trouble. The admin side has been managed efficiently using a dedicated portal and I have been kept updated though every step of the process. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Parker’s and especially Archie.
