Lisa was enthusiastic about selling our property from the first time she saw it and made sure other members of the team were familiar with the house too. Viewings were always accompanied and at convenient times. Once the offer was made the whole process went smoothly. Communication with the team was excellent and we felt up to date and informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

During our development years they have acted for us in well over 20 transactions. More recently Paul , Louise and the team have been exceptional in their assistance, with the sale of our family home, guiding us in the scope of work required to help get the best outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending Warminghams - they offer a brilliant service.

I found Lorainne and Carol in the office to be very empathetic; I believed they were looking after my interests. Tony explained the process and his marketing strategy to me very well. I would definitely use them again in the future.

10th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Downer & Co were our property managers for 6 years for our flat, and they were always so helpful, responsive and efficient. Any issue we had was resolved as quickly as possible (the landlords were great too!) and I would definitely use them for renting/selling again in the future. Friendly team and all around great company!
25th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Did not get the floor plan right. Missed a room. Agent apologised and offered to waive fee and then backed out of it when we took the house off the market.

4th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)We bought & sold our last house with Halletts 32 years ago so dealing with them again on our present home made us feel very comfortable. They are a great team, nothing is too much trouble for them. We had viewings very quickly when the house was put on the market and these were all professionally handled by either Graham or his son. We were kept informed after every viewing and once a buyer was found, Graham could always be relied upon to speak to the other agents when there were holdups of any kind. The team are very approachable and we would highly recommend this well established Estate Agents 10/10!!

The chain was efficient, communication was open and honest and additional advice much appreciated. 7th Oct 2024 (8 days ago)We highly recommend Parkers Newbury, they took care of all of our viewings giving us feedback after each one , whenever we had a question Parkers were quick to respond using the groups WhatsApp messaging app. We were also impressed with the kindness and professionalism that they have shown. Parkers went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through promptly. Additionally, they supported us until the very end and exceeded our expectations by phoning myself and my husband personally to congratulate our family on our swift move.
