I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and dedication. Jaymes Partridge was exceptional from start to finish. We were abroad when the property became available but he guided us through the entire process, notwithstanding a 5 hour time difference with ease, and was fully commitment to seeing our rental process through. His friendly demeanour and proactive approach made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Equally impressive was Lauren Walker who handled the contract preparation with attention to detail. Emails and queries were responded to swiftly and she was always on hand to provide guidance and support. Together, Jaymes and Lauren made an excellent team. 30th Jan 2020 (4 years ago)Martyn was very helpful upon my move in and viewing. However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean". There was no dirt on the pictures.

The home selling process can sometimes be daunting, but the entire knights team were fantastic every step of the way. They had an offer on our property one day after it was launched and sold within three days. We had three valuations from different estate agents and from our first meeting Scott was more open and honest and explained everything in great detail. They were always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. They also greatly understood the housing market in our area, which allowed us to market our property correctly and get a deal that exceeded our expectations. Beyond their expertise and professionalism, the team was amicable and kind throughout my home buying process. They answered all my questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring I fully understood what I was doing and why it was necessary. I’m so glad I chose Knights for selling my house. Their knowledge and experience, combined with their patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services!

2nd Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)Renting for the first time with Parkers, and have only positive experience. Throughout the rental application process, we were kept well-informed with timely updates. Although we primarily communicated through email, communication was smooth and efficient. Sam, in particular, was always prompt and professional. So, I highly recommend Parkers to anyone seeking efficient and reliable service in the rental market.

14th Oct 2024 (9 days ago)We are having a nightmare with this company. We have now rented a property with them for a year. We turned up to the viewing, sat there for 10 minutes and no one showed. We called the office to be told they forgot to book it in and it would need to be rebooked, we had driven 4 hours to view this property as we were relocating so told them they had to send someone out. We were then rushed through the viewing. We ended up going ahead with the property and had no problems with this part of the process. However, anything that requires any form of management from Martin&Co is horrendous. They have 2 months to complete a gas safety check but left it to the last week they could legally have it done and then Oliver had a go at US for not being able to take a day off work to let them in. We got told it wasn't possible for them to give us a timed slot so we called British Gas ourselves and got told it was possible they just had to request it, M&Co wouldn't, so we did and I was able to work it around my job (but had to organise everything myself). We then got contacted about our yearly inspection, we called and booked it in for my day off, they never showed up. We called to find out that once again, they didn't book it in. We live in Wokingham but half of our communication comes from the Staines branch. We then got emailed 3 days before rent due to say they were changing the account we needed to pay, we went on to set it up and the bank stated it looked like a scam payment based on the account, we contacted the landlord as it was a Sunday and he said he hadn't authorised any bank change, so it did look like a scam! However, after contacting a very rude woman at M&Co they stated THEY were changing the bank account and we have no right to talk to our own landlord and to pay them immediately and we were lying about the warning from the bank (proof attached). We are on a fully managed contract and have had to organise everything ourselves so far, which is ludicrous. We are fed up with communication from this company and would never rent with them again.
24th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Honestly cannot recommend Nick & Teresa enough!! Highly professional and yet like having friends sell your house for you! They were encouraging, straightforward (even when the actual process is not!!), reliable, and generally went above and beyond. There were difficulties in the chain but they both managed to help reduce the stress, working closely with all parties to keep us up to date. We absolutely would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling their home and although we’re not moving again anytime soon, we would use anyone else!

Struggles throughout the lower part of the chain tested all of our patience, but they dealt with it perfectly, chasing everything to ensure a smooth completion. Highly recommend Seymour’s blackwater. The property was held by two families with continual breakdown in communications also involved with probate. This agency guided the conveyance through to the end. Five star

They managed to get us 4 offers in 4 weeks. Communication throughout the whole process was absolutely fantastic, they consistently exceed expectations and go above & beyond, we have never come across such an amazing agent!
