After 9 months, a failed purchase and a failed buyer along the way, Duncan Yeardley managed to get my sale over the line and I couldn’t be more grateful, despite every possible challenge thrown our way.<br><br>The last couple of months in particular weren’t always straightforward, but the team kept things moving. Communication was proactive throughout, I knew what was going on, and they were constantly chasing and keeping on top of everyone involved.<br><br>A huge thank you to Callum, Anastasia, Tom and the team for getting us there in the end… Would recommend Duncan Yeardley to anyone selling their home in the Bracknell area.

He has excellent communication, a consistently positive attitude, and always manages situations in a professional and efficient manner.<br><br>Roy does an outstanding job of maintaining a fair balance between landlords and tenants, ensuring that both parties are heard, supported, and treated fairly. He is reliable, always follows through on his commitments, and responds promptly whenever assistance is needed.<br><br>Overall, the service provided by Gascoigne Pees has been excellent. I would highly recommend Gascoigne Pees.

We are first time buyers and we fell in love with a home in the area, of which Izzy was showing and from the get go she was brilliant. She made the process feel so easy and has been so attentive throughout. We had a really smooth experience overall and Izzy definitely helped keep us calm, answered all our questions (however silly they were), always kept us updated with the movements of the sale as well as being a really pleasant person to work with. Highly recommend!

From the outset, everyone has been friendly, responsive and professional, making what can often be a stressful process much easier to navigate.<br><br>Communication has been excellent throughout, and I've always felt that my queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. It's refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely appears to care about providing good customer service.<br><br>The only reason this isn't a full 5 stars is because, despite all the help, I still haven't had the pleasure of meeting Nikki Gardner in person;?????? Hopefully we'll put that right soon.<br><br>Thank you to the entire Prospect Wokingham team for your support. I'd happily recommend your services to others.

They kept us updated every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening, which made the whole buying process so much less stressful.<br><br>Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. The communication was fantastic throughout, and it really felt like they valued us as customers and wanted to do everything they could to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and any questions we had were answered quickly.<br><br>We couldn't recommend them enough and are so grateful for all of their support in helping us buy our new home. Buying a flat for my daughter and I was a huge step, especially during a really difficult time in our lives, and they made the whole experience so much easier. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I never felt pressured or rushed. They genuinely cared about finding the right home for us, not just making a sale. What really sets them apart is how personal they are. They treat you like a person, not just another client, and even after everything was completed, they’ve stayed in touch, which says so much about the kind of people they are. They have been so helpful from the very beginning, and supported my sale going through in just over 3 months from offer to sold. Considering this was my first time selling, they made the process smooth and easy to understand.<br><br>Lydia in particular was a huge driving force and was so on it with chasing others and keeping me in the loop. Everyone I spoke to was kind, upbeat & helpful. Would definitely recommend!
