9th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)We were very happy with the service we received from Oliver, Matthew and the team at Mansell McTaggart in the sale of our late mother's flat. It's a difficult market, but after securing a buyer, they remained very hands on in the process all through the sale, and were very helpful in keeping things moving, and liaising with everyone involved. This has not always been my experience with estate agents - Mansell McTaggart really earn their commission!

First time buyer, they've been rather misleading, told me they'd do certain things by a certain time-frame, which never happened and they never even told me they were having a delay. Would not recommend it. Bradley there has a non-serious attitude. Not the type of guy you want to work with when spending hundreds of thousands!!!!!
17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)My partner and I were looking for a 3 bedroom property for our son and little baby. After viewing a house we were happy with, we put in an offer but were unsuccessful. Obaida rang us on the very same day with 2 other potential properties that met our requirements, and we picked up the keys this week! We truly felt that there were no silly questions (I must have rang Obaida about 3 times within and hour) and Emma went above and beyond to speed up our references. When we collected our keys, we felt as if the whole office was happy for our new adventure.- 12th Jul 2024 (15 days ago)Had quite a complicated mortgage deal but we finally got there in the end. 27th Apr 2024 (13 weeks ago)Bruno and his team are absolutely brilliant. Great communication, really respectful and professional at all times. I can't recommend them enough. As someone who is always quite cautious and relatively new to house buying and selling, the team have been patient and considerate. Always willing to work around us and our busy lives, I would never use a different agent now. Julian Man, the mortgage advisor is wonderful. Kind and patient and a clear expert in his field. I am so impressed with the service I have got from them all. Thank you Bruno, Julian and the Team for everything.
26th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Lovely hotel with a great room and comfy bed. Unfortunately the food was really unpleasant - and the service was some of the worst I’ve experienced. Shame as it has the potential to be a great place but sadly the restaurant is really atrocious. Eating there did ruin our evening as we spent so long waiting on every course - wouldn’t have minded enormously but the food was really terrible too when it did come. Would definitely stay in the hotel again but not go to the restaurant.
13th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)Make sure to challenge them on the deposit return. Tell them you will use the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and don’t be afraid to use it if you believe you are right. They wanted to charge £455 from my deposit even though I left the property in much better condition than when I moved in. The agent made several false claims, but eventually settled for a £75 charge. I hope this review helps you get your deposit back and makes these agents understand that tenants’ deposits are only for covering damages, not for them to keep.

8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)This has been a difficult market with current high interest rates making mortgages hard to come by. However, James has managed to keep a stream of viewers coming in, he has updated marketing materials frequently to keep it fresh, including re-photographing as he saw fit and even helping me move furniture around. When I got a buyer he managed to negotiate their first offer up to full asking price before I got involved. James has also offered to get involved with negotiations on my purchase. James is a good bloke, easy going and easy to talk to. I'm sure that his personality has helped in impressing potential buyers. James also has contacts in related professions and has helped in securing a solicitor to take care of the conveyancing. Using James has kept the business of selling my house stress free!
2nd Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)I would give 0 if I could. Useless at communicating and I almost lost my sale numerous times. No sales progression and staff turnover is high. Jason has now gone - maybe it will now improve?

I had dealings with both Alex and Sam. I found both of them incredibly professional, friendly and very helpful. The communication was excellent at all stages of the purchase process and they really helped drive the process through as quickly and seamlessly as it could be. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone in using this estate agents. Very impressive!
