The sale was managed very professionally, with excellent communication at every stage. Given the circumstances, it was important that the property was sold as quickly as possible, and the team worked tirelessly to ensure this outcome. Thank you to all concerned, who were always positive, and worked tirelessly in the background to achieve this in a difficult market.
8th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

They have always been highly responsive to both general queries and to any maintenance required. Grantley always kept us informed of emergency contacts over the holidays, and proactively informed us of upcoming changes to the letting process/legislation. House visits were organised well in advance, allowing us our privacy. Highly recommended!

Due to the current housing market situation, it was a long and frustrating experience to finally find a buyer but the team were very helpful, always professonal and did everything they could to support us and see the sale through to the end. But all the other staff were also faultless and excellent. Very happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them. Far better than any other agent I’ve used previously.
