They also work so well as a team in the Dorking branch, offering support whenever needed in a process that is never straightforward, but their knowledge and guidance was so helpful throughout. 8th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

They have always been highly responsive to both general queries and to any maintenance required. Grantley always kept us informed of emergency contacts over the holidays, and proactively informed us of upcoming changes to the letting process/legislation. House visits were organised well in advance, allowing us our privacy. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, my recent experience with Dominik from the maintenance team was very disappointing.<br><br>I lost my key and contacted maintenance because I was never given a spare. I understand there may be a charge for a replacement, but the issue was the way I was treated. Dominik was rude, spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, interrupted me, and didn't let me explain my situation. Before I could finish, he said he couldn't help, then ended the call with a dismissive "Sorry, bye."<br><br>As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with more respect and professionalism. I hope the company improves its customer service.

They always give us plenty of notice of a viewing and leave the house clean and tidy which one would think is normal but past experience has proved otherwise! (different agents).

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.
