They were always responsive when we had questions and gave us the time and flexibility we needed, including arranging multiple visits to the property while we completed surveys, inspections and various checks. We never felt rushed, which made what can be quite a stressful process much easier to manage!<br><br>A special thank you to Philip, who was excellent from start to finish! He was patient, professional and genuinely helpful, guiding us through the process and doing his best to accommodate our requests, including access to the property on several occasions. As we worked through the different checks and decisions involved in the purchase, Philip remained understanding and supportive throughout. We really appreciated his help and would happily recommend him and the White & Sons Dorking team!

Most recently, they sold our property remarkably quickly.<br>A huge thank you to Paul and the team for their professionalism, support, and excellent communication throughout. 8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Overcharged me commission and vat on what they had valued my property at and not what they had sold it at Plus charged me for money laundering checks which I had already paid solicitor... I did not agree this. I have never heard of any one paying commission and vat on what the house is valued at if they sell it at a lower price you should pay commission and vat on what it is sold out... Have called several times to speak to branch manager he is always in a meeting.. Jack has not had decency to call me or reply to my emails... One very unhappy customer who is out of pocket

Jenna clearly explained the process that needed to be followed, gave us useful guidance, and liaised helpfully and constructively with the landlord, where needed. We were kept informed of the status, and everything moved along promptly and efficiently under Jenna's direction. She was also charming to deal with.

Just excellent from start to finish and I’m still receiving emails checking that everything is going well. The photographs, 3D tour and write up were great they secured us an offer in a quick time frame. Such a friendly and positive team to communicate with. They were easily contactable and quick to get back to us if we missed each other. Sarah was amazing throughout the sale process. Nothing was too much trouble and she was super quick in resolving and chasing things for us. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier.
