Lucy was highly professional whilst maintaining a warm and friendly approach. She was able to answer most of the questions I had regarding the property and, for anything she was unsure of, she ensured I received a response either the same day or shortly afterwards. Lucy went above and beyond throughout the purchasing process, making sure I was never left out of the loop. Regular updates by phone and email meant I always felt informed and reassured during what can often be a stressful time. Her warm, approachable manner made the whole experience far easier to manage and I genuinely felt very well looked after. Even when Lucy was unavailable, her colleague Laura stepped in and ensured I continued to receive excellent support. Nothing was ever too much trouble. From start to finish, I felt valued and supported, and I would highly recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone looking for a professional, caring and reliable estate agent.
8th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

Grantley’s has been the most responsive and professional lettings agents and management company that I have experienced. If I had a buy to let, I would use them. I’m really going to miss my chats with Samantha. Hopefully one day I will either rent a place managed by them or, if fortunate enough, have a buy to let that they manage.

ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL – ABOVE AND BEYOND IN EVERY WAY Buying our first ever property is something we will remember for the rest of our lives, and thanks to Fox & Sons, that memory will be nothing but positive. From the very beginning right through to completion, Abigail, Kane, and Luckman were nothing short of outstanding. I genuinely cannot overstate how incredible they all were — this was a 10/10 experience in every sense of the word. As first?time buyers, we naturally went into the process feeling excited but also nervous, unsure of what to expect and worried about making mistakes. Every single one of those worries disappeared almost instantly thanks to the professionalism, patience, and genuine care shown by the team. Without a doubt the best thing about the agents are the team that do the viewings, they are great. Particularly Julia who is exactly who you want show casing your home, she is professional, warm and experienced. 21st Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.

With me, my partner and our newborn, she has been great with communication and keeping us updated on when things are being completed. She was very clear with all information that was needed and was more than helpful with when we had some confusion. Could not praise her enough!
29th May 2026 (16 days ago)The reason I decided to leave this review is because the agency is advertising the property again using misleading and outdated photos that do not represent the actual condition of the house. A responsible and reasonable agency should not continue marketing the property this way while serious issues such as damp, mould, cleanliness, and noise problems remain unresolved. There should be a zero-star option for this place. My stay at 13 Albany Road was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. The property should be inspected by the council for damp and mould issues. The agency is using old and misleading photos that do not reflect the real condition of the house. Do not be fooled by the advertisement. In reality, the property is dirty, noisy, poorly maintained, and nothing like the “good quality accommodation” it is presented as. I feel completely misled by the listing and would strongly advise others to think carefully before renting here.
