The thoughtful new home welcome gifts were such a lovely surprise and showed how much they truly care about their clients. I honestly cannot thank them enough for all their help and support. 10th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Well I must say that after all the negative stories you hear about Estate agents I can honestly say that my experience of Brian Thomas Estate Agents was completely positive. From initial engagement of their services, marketing, viewings and communication, all aspects were excellent. We would like to personally thank Paul Wallace who helped us through the sale of our home, who went over and above what was expected of him as far as we understood, nothing was a problem for him. During this very stressful time he kept us fully up to date, reassured us and guided throughout. He protected us from the start with regard to finding the right buyer who was ready financially to purchase our home. There were quite a few hurdles during the process that Paul helped us through as well as advising, liasing and negotiating. He also chased very poor solicitors on our behalf that had caused unnecessary delays in finalising exchange and completion of contracts. I can honestly and wholeheartedly say that I recommended Paul @Brian Thomas Estates in the Woodford, Wanstead, Buckhurst Hill Chigwell areas and around N/E London and borders of West Essex. You will not find a better person for the sale of your home. Thank you again!!

The team handled everything efficiently and professionally, taking a lot of the stress out of the whole process. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and they were always happy to answer questions or provide updates. Their attention to detail and proactive approach really stood out and we got more than the asking price for our property so obviously we were extremely pleased. I felt well supported at every stage and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable estate agent.

26th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)We are shortly going to be completing with Williams and Donovan and moving into our lovely house. We have had a very pleasant experience with W&D and although we hope not to move anytime soon or again, it was made very smooth and easy for us by them. They responded to us quickly, liaised with the sellers nicely and we are so glad we ended up buying with W&D, as the estate agents because everyone who worked there was so lovely. The main people we used were Paul Dunne and Lloyd Collins. Lloyd was amazing at the negotiation and Paul was so efficient the whole way through. Thank you so much for such a nice sales progression, only 8 weeks since the offer was accepted, it has taken us it’s been so quick!

Really appreciate the kindness and patience throughout the process . I would 100% recommend this estate agent as it is rare to find excellent customer service

I want to give a special thank you to Carol Wade (Office Manager) who was amazing she guided me through the whole process, including all the references, and was so patient and supportive throughout. Geoff Burgess showed me the flat and he was very friendly and helpful. When i went to the office, I met Jemma Buisson who was also lovely and made everything smooth. Overall, the team were professional, kind, and made the process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them.
30th Nov 2025 (15 weeks ago)When we called to enquire about a property the guy just hung up in the middle of conversation. Clearly these shows how unskilled uneducated mannerless these people are. Just lacks basic decency not to mention there was no sign of professionalism. Also they have lied about availability of other properties when called earlier. Avoid them like a plague.
5th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)I strongly advise staying away from this letting agency—it's been the most terrible experience I've ever had. I could go on and on about how awful they have been, but honestly, I’d recommend steering clear of them completely if you value your peace of mind.

I dealt with Kerrie and the rest of the team in the office, and they were all incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They supported me from start to finish and made the sale as smooth as possible. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided and will definitely be using them again in the future.
