Karl, Liam and Jess have so much professional knowledge, experience and know the best ways to get things done. Jess has been so kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. She has given us some useful advise which has definitely smoothed the way. So grateful to Jess and Bairstow Eves staff. They have made the process much easier.

Then, unexpectedly, the seller decided not to go through with the sale, which I understood. However, the agency never followed up with me, nor did they make any effort to show me other properties as promised over the phone. Completely unreliable service—zero stars!”

31st Oct 2024 (20 weeks ago)James was my estate agent at David Daniels, he has been responsive, reliable, transparent and most of all, calm throughout the (typically) stressful process of purchasing a flat! James went over and above to resolve questions and issues between solicitors to move things along as quickly as possible. I trusted his advice about when and how much to worry about things. I honestly don't think I would have been able to leave my rental property on the day my lease ended, and go straight to my newly purchased flat the same day, without his hard work behind the scenes. I burst into genuine tears of gratitude when he handed the keys over and he could not have been more lovely. I would recommend this guy to anyone :) Also, when he was on leave, his colleagues at David Daniels were also extremely communicative, reassuring and helpful. Love these guys.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

A very personal service with so much advise on the market and figures and options and how to place a secure offer the other end and grounding my decisions. Me and my husband are so impressed. Our family have used Durden and Hunt before so we knew to only approach Durden and Hunt. The branch is very friendly and helpful for walk ins and quick to book appointments and home visits and they don’t push for sales they give you what you need and let you realise they are the lead agent to use!! Very pleased.
