They have been super helpful, kind as I have not been through this process before so have been walking me through step by step. I feel comfortable asking questions and they got my house on the market and people through the door viewing within a couple of hours. Just all round great service so far ????

2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Chalk Street are brilliant fixed rate Estate Agent, the team have been professional and helpful throughout, from Jack at initial concept through to Mandy as progressor. I had a particularly difficult solicitor, but Mandy was on top of the sale and exchange from the start to the end and gave every assurance possible throughout. The communication was brilliant. I would definitely recommend Chalk Street because of this.

The staff were always approachable and willing to assist with any questions or concerns I had. The property was in excellent condition when I moved in, and any minor issues that arose during my stay were addressed swiftly and efficiently. Their maintenance team was both skilled and courteous, ensuring that repairs and upkeep were handled without delay. The terms and conditions of the lease were transparent, and there were no hidden fees or unexpected surprises. The entire move-in process was smooth and well-organized, which made settling into my new home stress-free.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

At each step in the whole process, the OC Homes team came through with their commitment to excellence. Their negotiation skills were first-rate – they consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. They also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of. Last month i was looking for a new home ,3 weeks of searching and calling different Estates Agents, a lot of appointments for viewings the properties but for what i saw on all the appointments it looked like they didn't want my money,none of the Agents put a bit of interest on selling the house ,some of them staying in the car or on the phone and let me walk free in the house to have a look by myself,none of them didn't show me the property in the correct way as an estate agent should do it. I was thinking for worse and start feeling desperate. BUT luckily i found mr. Ali from Real Move Estates, he helped me find a stunning 3 bed house, i have to say that his professional skill made the difference, he was the only one that show me the house ,all the rooms and all of it's space and let me know everything what i need to know about that property . On top of that he explains me everything verry clearly and made me understand all the documents and all the details needed for application. He made me feel like he really want to sell me the house and that's make me to go forwar with his team. I must say i am lucky that i find mr Ali and Real move Estates. Thanks verry much indeed for everything and all your effort. Best real Estates company on the market. 5 stars +++

We got an offer after the first open house which had 12+ viewings in a day. James and Allison were both great throughout and im glad I went with Carter Remy. Thank you for everything.
