31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Redbrik chesterfield were very good compared to the previous estate agents. The bungalow was a probate sale and the buyer paid approx 20k less than the valuation however that was my choice to accept the offer as the executor of the property. Communication from Redbrik was excellent and they were very helpful and timely with responses to queries. I wish I had used them first.

Elle, our valuer did question if she had overpriced as a couple of other valuations were considerably less. On checking with her manager her valuation was correct, in fact Elle was spot on! Our purchase was very smooth due to the efficiency of the staff and we would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area wishing to sell their property. Emily was absolutely superb. She was friendly, polite, highly professional and extremely efficient. She always responded to our emails in a timely manner and kept us fully informed throughout the process from start to finish. She was able to effectively communicate with our solicitors, motivating them to take action when needed. Her experience and influence played a crucial role in the smooth progression of the purchase and the ultimate completion on our specified date. This was done absolutely professionally and in a friendly way I particularly appreciated whenever regulations changed as RF&O would send a reminder and what was expected of me as a landlady. I never had to think of anything, they steered me through everything in a smooth way. I'd happily recommend them!

The photographs taken of our home were excellent as was the description. Whenever I phoned with a question Susan or Phoebe were quick to answer or to get back to me as soon as possible. Carl runs a very professional estate agents & has surrounded himself with excellent staff, from the photographer to the office staff & makes a very stressful process as stress free as is possible. Fees are very competitive too & when I moved, Bricks & Mortar was offering a flat fee paid upfront which was very reasonable. Many thanks for everything.
