25th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)From the outset of the buying and selling process, all the staff at Reeds Rains were committed to meeting my needs and aspirations. They responded very promptly to all my queries, and took time and care to provide all the information I needed. The two dedicated staff who dealt with my situation, as well as all other staff were great communicators, very approachable and responsive. I was able to trust them totally for best outcomes, and indeed received the most excellent service for both my selling and buying. I cannot recommend highly enough.
21st Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Having approached 3 estate agents to value the property I was most impressed by the work undertaken from the outset by Steven Goff. Although not the cheapest in terms of commission they seemed more professional than the competition. Since placing the business in their hands I have been extremely impressed by their work in relation to organising everything such as viewings and marketing and updating me at every stage. I have been most appreciative of the work undertaken by the whole team and in particular Lauren.
27th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I have had a great experience and countless viewings on my property, each of them carried out by mainly Annie who was absolutely amazing , all the team are friendly answer phones quickly too !! If the sale goes as smoothly as the viewings have it will be delightful . Best Estate I have ever used and I’ve moved several times in past few years !! Definitely will recommend them 100%
27th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Following a breavement Rob and his team were fantastic at taking us through the whole process of managing the empty house during the probate process as well as the house clearance and sale. As none of our family live in or near Sheffield his experience and knowledge were invaluable. We also really appreciated the friendly and professional way everything was handled - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
17th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Booked a viewing with Nyasha Mauchaza for yesterday at 16:45pm, and we confirmed this in the morning. During my work day, Nyasha texted to tell me she had double booked the viewing and I had to come earlier. She was very passive aggressive and rude about it. There was no apology or acknowledgement of her own mistake or the massive inconvenience this was for me as I work quite far away from the house and had planned my day around that specific time. I got an uber to get to the property and she didn't bother showing up or contacting me. I've also just seen her name pop up negatively in some reviews and that doesn't surprise me. If this is the caliber of staff at blundells, then the company is full of people with bad character and zero professionalism.

17th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Unprofessional Conduct & Missed Appointments—Unacceptable Service. Twice now, I’ve attempted to get a valuation from this office, and twice, it's been a disaster. April: I canceled my valuation via email, yet the valuer still showed up—right as I was heading to an important meeting. Clearly, the staff failed to communicate internally. June: This time, my valuation was confirmed, yet the valuer never showed. No call, no email, no text—nothing. Completely unprofessional. When I called to find out what happened, I was connected to the same valuer, who outright accused me of booking multiple valuations. False. A complete fabrication. It’s clear he decided to leave me hanging as some kind of petty revenge for the first canceled appointment—an error by his own office, not me. To that valuer: Grow up. This isn’t a playground. It’s a business, and you’re supposed to act like a professional.

27th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)We’ve had such an exceptional experience with Redbrik from start to finish and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Jen Hitchman was brilliant at the very beginning of our journey, she valued our home with confidence, really believed in it and gave us the reassurance we needed to get started. That initial support meant a lot and set the tone for everything that followed. Louise Jones then went above and beyond throughout the sales process. We were in a long and complex chain with delays, a slow solicitor at the bottom, and some unresponsive agents along the way but Louise was absolutely brilliant & kept things moving. She was proactive, organised, and consistently chasing, coordinating, and pushing things forward when it felt like nothing was happening. What really stood out was her calm, reassuring approach. During some very stressful moments, being able to pick up the phone and speak to someone so friendly, steady, and genuinely invested made all the difference. I truly don’t think our exchange would have happened without her. We dealt with a number of estate agents during this process, and Redbrik stood out as exceptional by a long way. We’re so grateful to Jen, Louise & the whole Redbrik team- thank you for everything.

From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. Their communication was excellent, and they always kept me informed every step of the way. What really stood out was their honesty and dedication—they go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled perfectly. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent, I highly recommend Bloor & Co!

The whole process was handled smoothly and professionally in a very friendly manner. Louise guided us expertly through the sale process, responded quickly to queries, and worked tirelessly to keep in touch with our solicitor and keep us informed of progress. Huge thanks to Louise and the sales team from both of us.

The marketing, viewings and negotiation process were handled professionally and diligently, with some delays and complications worked through well to a positive closure. Our contact Charly Twigg is a credit to the company and deserves high praise for the way she handled and resolved the difficulties we encountered. We will recommend Staves to anyone selling.

26th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Shaz was our estate agent for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!
