Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

25th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)That was quite a experiencein 87b Charlton church lane, SE77AB. I'll be thankful forever. Please rent everywhere else but that place. Has multiple issues including a mouse and £1300 pound is definitely way to high for it! The agency itself is more than unfriendly and gready. While doing my Real estate course I came to realise they are not even registered und Brown & Brooks . A leaking fridge and my partner received the flat including a little grey pet. Tony Jenkins and young . Munchie are far from professionals! At least the neighbours where kind and understanding for the situation.

We found Dawn, Suzanne and their colleagues to be extremely proffessional and reacted efficiently whenever an issue ensued. 2nd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)We used Classic Lofts for our loft (and to reconfigure a bedroom and shower room into study and bathroom) in 2019. Whilst they weren't perfect (show me a builder which is!), the project only overran slightly, was done to a good standard and snagging was dealt with by Bernard snr very effectively and they put something right when asked.
