23rd May 2024 (17 weeks ago)I enquired about a new home for my partner and I that I saw on Rightmove. From the start Poppy and Grace where warm, personable and answered the many questions I had (we came with a checklist) and we were able to quickly offer and begin the dealings. From signing the tenancy to finding out all we needed to know, the process was smooth. Your Move themselves have been extremely impressive. We can log repairs through a portal and that is revolutionary compared to the lacklustre and completely nonsense way I had to log repairs through the agency we previously let from who took 2 years to fix one thing and didn't fix anything else. I've reported 3 repairs so far and all of them have been completed already. Your Move have been brilliant so far and so has communicating with Poppy and Grace.

25th Jan 2024 (7 mo. ago)That was quite a experiencein 87b Charlton church lane, SE77AB. I'll be thankful forever. Please rent everywhere else but that place. Has multiple issues including a mouse and £1300 pound is definitely way to high for it! The agency itself is more than unfriendly and gready. While doing my Real estate course I came to realise they are not even registered und Brown & Brooks . A leaking fridge and my partner received the flat including a little grey pet. Tony Jenkins and young . Munchie are far from professionals! At least the neighbours where kind and understanding for the situation.

6th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I as a landlord trusted my new apartment to this agent purely based on the reviews here. I must say I seriously doubt the authenticity of the many positive reviews. My property was marketed by Mann (Woolwich) for 21 days but failed to find any tenants. Despite the disappointing progress, they did not care about me as a client and provided pretty much no update or communication. The manager was away for a 2-week holiday leaving the team management a huge problem. On a Monday afternoon, I made 6 calls to the letting team via the general number but none of them were picked up. On a separate Monday afternoon of 7 August 2024, my new estate agent tried to call them for collecting the keys, but none of his phone calls were picked up again. This partially explained why after 21 days my property still found no tenants - people like potential viewers and landlords just could reach the letting team! So how people can book viewings to make progress for my property? I decided to move my property to a different estate agent without hesitation. This shows how fake Google reviews can be? I must say that is absolutely the worst estate agent I had experienced in the last 20 years. They don't show important qualities in client care, team management and communication. I could not imagine how an estate agent could not be reached by many phone calls over different days? It is clearly a no-brain decision to leave this agent alone and trust my property to other well managed agents with basic quality of client care. For basic things like availability date, they even initially put the availability date delayed by 2 weeks, despite the fact that the property is immediately available. Enough is enough - it is a wrong decision for me to trust my property to Mann - 21 days with no progress translated to nearly £2000 wasted in this void period. I have to be determined and move on though.

My agent Daniel Clarke first spoke to by phone and was very professional in organising viewings, to my surprise when meeting him thinking he was an older man ???? the young man has a good future ????????....Thank you Foxtons

The first time was when we were buying our very first home, and the second time was a few years later when we decided to sell that same property. Susan and Will are extremely good at what they do. They're super responsive, always there to answer our questions and guide us through the process. Honestly, they made everything so much easier and stress-free. Can't recommend them enough!

Our home was on the market for 1 day even in a slower than usual property market when we received offers. All of the team were on hand with practical, sensible and knowledgeable advice from the get go. They are really informed about not just the local area but the full sale process and were able to help resolve a number of issues in our chain when we came across difficulties. We always received quick responses and everyone was so personable to deal with. Could not recommend them enough - 10/10 service. Particular thanks to Jamie & Michelle for making a stressful time so much more manageable.

22nd Jun 2024 (12 weeks ago)Hi, Is almost all properties marked as "let agreed"- so, why they are on the page? You don't have anything else to advert?! Very strange web pages. I was looking in Plumstead area and Woolwich - all of them is marke as "let agreed" - why they are still on the page for letting??!! Take those out and don't miss lead. Very poor service,seamed a good company, but now I don't think so.

29th Aug 2024 (18 days ago)Aidan and Chris were exceptional! I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to sell their property. I was initially only purchasing a property through them, however after a large, well known estate agent that was listing my property were failing to get it under offer, I switched the sale over to BR as well. They marketed the property very well and managed to get it under offer in a fraction of the time that it was listed with the other agent. Their communication and attentiveness throughout the whole process made it so easy. Having the confidence that you can pick up the phone and call them with any problem or question, knowing they will answer and take ownership of the issue is worth it’s weight in gold - something you will not find at a big estate agents with many employees.- 29th Aug 2024 (18 days ago)I would advise some inclusion and training about how not to discriminate against people of colour for Foxton in Greenwich - I was labelled as aggressive by one of the staff for no reason when I was interested in their services. Totally disrespectful and close minded.
