He was very friendly and accommodating with my viewing in a group. He was also candid and gave honest advice on things he felt are good/bad personally. Would highly recommend!

23rd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)I enquired about a new home for my partner and I that I saw on Rightmove. From the start Poppy and Grace where warm, personable and answered the many questions I had (we came with a checklist) and we were able to quickly offer and begin the dealings. From signing the tenancy to finding out all we needed to know, the process was smooth. Your Move themselves have been extremely impressive. We can log repairs through a portal and that is revolutionary compared to the lacklustre and completely nonsense way I had to log repairs through the agency we previously let from who took 2 years to fix one thing and didn't fix anything else. I've reported 3 repairs so far and all of them have been completed already. Your Move have been brilliant so far and so has communicating with Poppy and Grace.

We had initially had a brief experience with him prior to selling our property and were pleased with his straightforward, polite and informative manner. When it came to going through the sale, which did have some complicating factors, he was extremely helpful at every stage. He was able to give us good guidance on valuation, introductions to conveyancing solicitors and was always available at short notice to support with negotiations and to help secure the sale. Thank you!

She was very efficient and kind and found me a place that was dog friendly and within my budget and location very quickly. The first time was when we were buying our very first home, and the second time was a few years later when we decided to sell that same property. Susan and Will are extremely good at what they do. They're super responsive, always there to answer our questions and guide us through the process. Honestly, they made everything so much easier and stress-free. Can't recommend them enough!

She was always in contact with us and prompt when meeting with her. We had to arrange multiple viewings of the house and she was always happy to accommodate. She was very knowledgeable of the property and area. She was super supportive and always in touch with us to keep us updated during the process. We couldn't recommend her enough and JDM! 26th Apr 2024 (13 weeks ago)This was my husband and I's first experience looking for property in the UK. The agency has been so communicative, accessible, kind and prompt to respond. I have been in contact with a lovely women in their office and a different man met me at the property, gave me the keys and offered to walk me through the unit and he answered all of my questions. We worked with Sam Hawkins and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional but also really friendly, easy to talk to and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all which I find to be so rare. Sam was honest and knowledgeable regarding all parts of the unit and property, and he answered all of my million questions. Thank you!

We worked very closely with Sam. As they say, not all superheroes wear capes and that is definitely true of Sam. He is truly a superstar amongst superstars. I cannot recommend him and the team enough. He has been extremely helpful throughout, very responsive, always willing to go above and beyond to get to end of the transaction. He was the person who held the whole chain together. Thank you also to Luke and the entire team for your support and patience with this very complicated chain. We cannot thank you enough.

2nd Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)I have now rented a property from Ludlow and I would recommend to work with them , there is no time wasting they only send you properties that are within your budget and criteria , they were great at speaking to the landlords to ensure everything was ready before moving in , everything was done through them including advice on bills , broadband etc. Kern was helping us and anytime we needed to call was always there to Fox any problems that we were facing such a great lad ! ???????? If we move again I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kern again UPDATED REVIEW… thought they were fantastic until trying to leave the property got completely shafted with hidden costs and loopholes in the contract .. will not use again
22nd Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Hi, Is almost all properties marked as "let agreed"- so, why they are on the page? You don't have anything else to advert?! Very strange web pages. I was looking in Plumstead area and Woolwich - all of them is marke as "let agreed" - why they are still on the page for letting??!! Take those out and don't miss lead. Very poor service,seamed a good company, but now I don't think so.

However John and Madison provided what turned out to be accurate initial advice and after a short time on the market (and after several viewings) a very good offer from a buyer with a 4 week deadline. They both assisted us through the stressful (due to the tight timescales) selling process and we are delighted that we managed to sell and move to our new home. I can thoroughly recommend John and Madison who will get to know your property and provide a first class service from start to finish. Thanks guys!!
