Everyone is extremely experienced, very helpful, and utterly professional. In my years I’ve come across many estate agents and letting agents, a few good, many bad, but Dunhills are head and shoulders above all of them. They’re meticulous where it matters, and utterly reliable. I can’t recommend them enough

From the start through to the sale, the service I received from both Steph & Ollie were professional, attentive and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. The sale went through with few issues and any hiccups we did encounter were dealt with promptly. I can't thank the team enough especially Ollie who was my main point of contact and I would highly recommend their services.
29th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)We initially asked Eckersley White for a probate quote which they were able to provide very quickly. They were also able to explain the sales process as we were inexperienced in the matter. When we were finally in a position to sell, they were able to again step up at very short notice over a holiday period to get the house up for sale as soon as possible. The sale went through within three months and we have been very happy with the advice, expertise and friendly attitude of the Eckersley White staff who kept us fully informed throughout.

Their knowledge and advice, coupled with friendliness and support, made a challenging property market far easier to navigate.
1st Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)Left the property last August and still waiting to get our deposit back. Taking the steps now to take legal action against them, it seems that we are not the only ones being abused. They even came inside of our property when we were still living there without our authorisation. If anyone had issues with them please contact me via Facebook, Paola Crespo Lombardia, so we can build a case against them together

We bought one house and sold two with them and every single time they went above and beyond. Communicating everything at every step and chasing everyone. When difficulties arose, they suggested creative solutions to overcome those and get to the finish line. I wouldn't work with anybody else.

13th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)We had them as a managing agent of our home. At every opportunity they aimed to take money from us and mess us around as students. Didn't fix any of the issues we raised that meant six of us had to live from one fridge for a few months. Didn't mention the knotweed in the garden that we had to deal with. Withheld some of our deposit (£90 for fixing a toilet seat for example) that we later found out from the next tenants they didn't even fix. One of the tenants had to essentially live in the library or anywhere else as his room's walls were so damp and covered in black mould even though he barely spent any time in there and left the window open. They tried charging him £240 for the state of his walls as they got the before and after photo mixed up (the after photo was better as he had scrubbed his walls clean with appropriate black mould remover!!). Absolute hell and quite unpleasant people to deal with. Wouldn't recommend if you have to deal with them managing your property, they do not care about students!

Vicky's level of communication was second to none, we constantly knew how things were progressing not only with our sale but also our purchase which Vicky worked tirelessly on even on her days of rest. Even though we have moved from the area we will use Hamble Estate agency if at all possible. We could not recommend enough!
