7th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)We are glad that we chose Hamptons Estate Agents in Alton to sell our property, as from the off they showed that they were professional and prepared to be fully engaged in supporting us through the process. From the initial valuation from Adam, the ultimate professional, to the ongoing chasing and updating by Kathleen, we felt that they could not have done better. Kathleen, in particular, showed great tenacity in dealing with a number of issues, often overcoming the weaknesses of other parties in the chain, due in part to her skill at building relationships. She was so pleasant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. 21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)We have just completed with Homes and I’d like to give special mentions to Phoebe and Liana. Phoebe was so positive about selling our property, and she found us the perfect buyers, she knows the area well which really helps, her enthusiasm and determination to get us a sale was second to none. Once the memorandum of sale was issued, Liana was an absolute true professional when dealing with us, our buyers and all solicitors involved. Her calm, reassuring manner and guidance was just what we needed, and any questions were answered by her so efficiently and thoroughly. Both of these ladies are an absolute credit to this team.
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)My account wasn’t handled professionally. I had to chase several team members, to rectify accounting issues and contractual mistakes. To the point where I had to formally complain to be heard. Eventually decided to leave the property for and still my account still not handled correctly. Because of these mistakes I had to wait while for my deposit to be returned. Despite me sending evidence from the first week they took over my property. Overall experience was horrible and extremely stressful. From my personal experience, I would recommend you avoid at all cost if possible

17th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

22nd Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall

We had our photos done Wednesday; went live Thursday morning, 3 viewings on the Saturday and we have just agreed a sale. Constant updates and by far the best agents for the job. Jack made himself available for a Zoom call on a Saturday morning so my husband and I (both living overseas) could talk through what was possible for us. Our ask was not an easy one - to sell our property in Winchester with the tenants in place and in less than 8 weeks. Jack was absolutely incredible every step of the way. He made himself consistently available to us and was absolutely brilliant. He was clear, highly professional, kind, honest and a real joy to work with. We sold our property at a great price in record time. I would highly recommend working with Jack.

I received the the regular automatic emails, but not much communication beyond that. I didn't even get feedback on the third viewing. The people I did speak to were friendly and professional, and did get moving quickly in the beginning.
16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)This is the worst estate agent I have ever come across. They do not care for human welfare, only money. There was mould through the property, me and my partner and I were renting. They did nothing to solve the issue. The day we moved into the property, it was filthy it needed a professional clean. Now we have moved out of the property, and they haven't given our deposit back. It has been over the two weeks, still nothing. Please avoid this estate agents They lie and will not respond to any emails. They have zero regard for human life. Ian, the owner or manager, admitted that to resolve the mould issue is far too expensive.

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!
