I have no intention of being abusive, and I would appreciate the same level of professionalism and understanding in return. Google reviews exist so customers can share their experiences and provide feedback. If negative feedback is a concern, then perhaps this platform is not the most suitable place to engage with customers. As this matter is now resolved on my side, I do not wish to take it further, but I hope future tenants are treated more considerately.

16th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Isaac and Anna were both absolutely fantastic. Anna was very accommodating when it came to the viewings and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She helped me, and continues to help me, with the house buying process. Isaac was very energetic and sweet, he has kept in touch with me throughout the process and was lovely to talk to in regards to the mortgage aspect of the process. He was very informative throughout. Although… I’m shocked he’s never had a Toby Carvery, that needs to be sorted. :)
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

27th Mar 2026 (0 days ago)The process started well but after my property was put on Rightmove there was no verbal or written communication. My email query was not responded to until I telephoned two days after I had sent it. Feedback on the one viewing that I had accommodated at short notice was not received until three days after again in response to my telephone call. The person who answered that telephone call was polite but very abrupt. I felt not supported or listened to and therefore cancelled my contract with them within the 14 days cooling off period.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.
