Clean and well maintained property. Big Thanks to Karen for efforts during the viewings & documentation process. Referencing was swift and easy via the Platform used. Viewing and moving in was less than 2 weeks. Shout out to Lauren for taking out time despite tight schedule for Day 1 briefing. No doubt my wife & I will have a sweet tenure in the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble and consistently answered emails and phone calls in the first instance. Our sale wasn’t without its hiccups and we doubt if completion would have happened without the staff here. Would not hesistate to recommend them.

Made the entire process especially the moving week really stress free and was really responsive to messages. In the unlikely event we sell up we will definitely be using Bedebrook.

I dealt with Julie, Chris and John at various points of the sale and were always on hand to answer my questions and offer great honest advice. AVOID THESE PEOPLE. Although some office/clerical staff seem very nice (on a low end ratio) the overall staff retention and communication is very poor for what u would expect and an obligation to both landlords and tenants has been non existant.
