No details in the window to say when it will reopen yet stock still on the shelves? Now seems to be open again . Probably best to check before setting off if you intend to shop there these days
25th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)My experience with Sunny Bay Letting Agency over the past two years was disappointing in several respects. Throughout my tenancy, I rarely interacted with anyone from the agency until the final week, and it was surprising to find that key arrangements and property viewings were primarily managed by the tenants themselves. Moreover, the agency often delegated tasks to tenants, including repairs, showings, key management, and contractor coordination. This led to confusion regarding key copies and access procedures, as the agency's stance on possessing key copies seemed inconsistent. For example, contractors’ access to bedrooms required leaving them open all day, even when tenants were away from the property. Maintenance concerns, such as mold in the bathroom and a broken bathtub, were brought to the agency's attention but remained unresolved. Additionally, incidents involving drunk and aggressive tenants, were reported to the agency but met with inaction. Response times for appliance repairs were slow, with a washing machine issue taking 10 days to resolve. Despite incurring additional expenses due to delays, reimbursement for laundry costs was denied. Upon vacating the property, I was unexpectedly asked to pay £105 for lightbulb replacements that I had already handled. Sunny Bay’s lack of support and action regarding tenant concerns left much to be desired. Overall, I would not recommend engaging with this agency, as they prioritise financial transactions over addressing tenant needs.

6th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)Cannot recommend Simple Approach highly enough. I used them to sell a flat and to find a tenant for my rental property. The service was exceptional, especially the rental team. I had been using another agent for rental but getting nowhere. Switching to Simple Approach was like chalk and cheese between services offered, in particular, ease of contact out of normal office hours and platforms used to advertise. After months with the other agent, the S.A team found me the perfect tenants within a couple of weeks. Delighted!

3rd Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)Steven Eustration of Martin & Co Sutton Surrey handled the sale of our fathers house. As we haven’t used an estate agent in many years we’re not in a position to make any comparisons but I would not hesitate in recommending Steven to someone wishing to sell their house in this area. From initial contact to completion Steven was able to keep us abreast of all that was occurring. He assisted with preparation of the house prior to it being put on the market, importantly he was able to recommend both house cleaning and clearance companies who both performed an excellent job. Steven handled all the house viewing whilst keeping us up to date on comments and responses from the potential buyers. Once an offer had been made he liaised between us and the buyer very effectively. Finally as the sale neared completion Steven managed to keep everything moving in the very rapid schedule between exchange and completion dates.
