27th Nov 2024 (20 weeks ago)Initially all was well and communication excellent. That was until Marcus left. Unfortunately then we had to chase repeatedly to speak to someone and kept getting promised a call back to no avail. Our sale eventually stumbled over the line but wish we’d sold with Paul Fenton who we bought from. They were much better throughout the whole process.

We would like to thank our estate agent Natalie Hingley for the excellent service she provided us throughout this transaction. From the start we were very impressed by her professionalism and expertise on all things relevant to selling and buying a property. She ensured excellent photographic coverage of our property which really captured its character and features to full advantage. She then sold it very quickly and throughout the next weeks until completion she was most efficient in dealing with any arising issues. She was extremely helpful in quickly answering and dealing with matters as they arose. Her professional knowledge and expertise made us aware that we were in very safe hands. Natalie also went the extra mile to be extremely helpful. Thank you very much Natalie for making this process so very smooth for us.

4th Oct 2021 (3 years ago)Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO- 7th Apr 2025 (12 days ago)Recently purchased a house through Jacksons-Stops. After dealing with some very dubious clowns from another agency, I wouldn’t go anywhere else these days; Mayfair are excellent!

The service that we received was first rate with a good marketing strategy, excellent communication and drive to result in a successful outcome. Their portfolio consists of a good range of properties and we’re currently working with them to find our next home. We’d happily employ Orchards Estates to market future properties and recommend them to anyone looking sell, purchase or rent. Thank you again to all at Orchard Estate Agents.
19th Mar 2025 (4 weeks ago)After five long months of stress, we finally moved out of our property on January 27th 2025.We had no help from Neil Wright whatsoever.We did all the negotiations with our buyer ourselves.Feedback on initial viewings was poor or none existent.Requests for telephone calls from them, were ignored, even after calling into the office.Neither our Solicitor or ourselves heard anything from them until two days before completion, which we had arranged ourselves.Extremely poor service and I am sorry to have to say, we would not recommend this estate agent.

Jamie valued our property £15k higher than any other agent and got us an offer from first time buyers at full asking price in 3 working days. Isobel was excellent at keeping us up to date and making sure the sale was completed before the stamp duty went up.
