22nd Apr 2025 (8 weeks ago)Recently exchanged on my Property with completion 7days from now…I only instructed Knight Frank in early January and anticipated period of the usual frustrations that go with ‘The Territory’ I was and am delighted that the stage I am at this early! Obviously you need The Property Gods to be in your Team and I feel that initially was the case however when turbulence occur as they Always do then the Professionalism of Agency is truly tested and in this regard KF we’re not found wanting! Their structure of Operation..the Personnel within that structure..Communication Skills…Proactive and Positive attitude..all in great supply when needed most.To Louise and her team at Exeter thank you..well done!!! A special thank you to Rachel Hancock out of Bristol who ‘Took on’ my House and in effect Nursed it from cradle to grave and drove forward any obstacle with great skill and determination. 14th Mar 2025 (14 weeks ago)I have bought and sold with Stags for a number of years, they are always highly professional and polite with a personal approach.The most recent sale has just been finalised following a particularly difficult process which without the Manager Claires exceptional profesional skills and determination i doubt would have achieved an exchange of contracts. Also of special mention is Addie who as usual can be totally relied upon.Well done Wellington team !

30th May 2025 (18 days ago)Due to some unforeseen circumstances the house where I was living had to go under renovation. I started to looking for a new accommodation in right move and I came across a studio flat. I phoned in to enquire about the apartment and met Daniel Goverd working for Newton king residential sales and lettings agency. I found him very supportive and understanding. I was on a tight spot as I was asked to relocate on such short notice and had to find a place within a week’s time. Daniel helped went through the details covering each and every detail and with his help I was able to sign the deed within 3 days after speaking to him on the phone. I would like to express my gratitude to him and Newton king team for helping me find my new home. Thank you

26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

21st Feb 2025 (17 weeks ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

After all that is how they earn their commission...however Garrett & Bradly are so much more than that! They are salesmen yes but they are also mediators, counsellors, sounding boards, flak takers...the list is endless. We were fortunate to meet Jon during a property viewing. My husband had arranged a different agent for the sale of our house but I really liked Jon's natural and non pushy approach. I am incredibly put off by pushy sales people but Jon was polite, approachable and very un estate agent like! We had 2 houses to sell and the first one went extremely smoothly. The second one could not have been more different and my goodness did this company earn their commission! Everyone told me we were unlucky. I wondered what all the fuss was about with the first property sale but with the second I absolutely knew why people say it is the most stressful thing you can do in life. It took 19 months and 4 different buyers before we succeeded. I am naturally pushy, impatient and analytical....not good traits when going through this process! Jon was amazing throughout even when he was my sounding board for my frustration, disappointment and, at times, anger. Jon is the most approachable, unflappable and professional estate agent I have ever come across. How he managed to navigate us through the some of the situations involved I will never know but we got there in the end. We were unlucky with much of what happened in our selling journey but we were lucky to have met Jon at the beginning of the process. A huge shout out also to Tom who dealt with all the after sales issues....what a can of worms we opened time after time. Tom had everything in hand and was always ahead of the game and promptly responded to my emails. Both Tom and Jon were always available to help me with any enquiries we had regarding with our purchases and not just the sale of our house. These guys really don't just sell your house and leave you to it. They are with you every step of the way. I said to Jon several times through the process that I do not know how they do their job...they are piggy in the middle in the most emotional game in the world. If anyone is considering Garrett & Bradly to sell their home...just do it ...seriously don't hesitate. They sell your home ...and then some!
