10th Dec 2023 (10 mo. ago)One of the oddest experiences I've had in awhile, from the moment our listing went live we've had numerous issues with things being missing from the listing and then having to wait a week at a time for them to be added. Garage missing from the floor plan, bathroom missing from the overview, entire internal specifications missing from the description and then a month down the line noticing the EPC was never added even though we've got a valid EPC. The frustrating thing is that all of the above information was given before the listing went on and it was all still disregarded. When we emailed regarding our disappointment in the whole process and the fact we might want to take our listing down because it had been inaccurate for so long, it was gone within 24 hours with no response to our email. You can clearly see where priorities lay here.
11th Oct 2024 (12 days ago)I have to say that my experience with Heywoods has been extremely and consistently positive, with absolutely no exception. I am having to deal with the complex situation of dealing with two estates, missing documents and managing all this at distance. This has thrown up a series of difficult problems, but in each case Heywoods have stepped forward whenever I have asked and suggested very effective solutions which I have used with satisfaction in every case. Further, the Sales Manager Chelsey Tuff who I mostly deal with but also all of her colleagues that have helped me, display the happy combination of great professional competence, communication skills together with personal qualities of just being plain nice and approachable. If this sounds too good to be true, then good, but it is true because they deserve it. I am so pleased that I chose Heywoods to handle the sale of this property for me and I have no hesitation in recommending that you do the same.

1st Oct 2024 (22 days ago)Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

I've been in the Mortgage industry for almost 18 years and deal with many Estate Agents on a daily basis, I can honestly say I've never experienced such a professional company. They are super efficient and everything is done in such a friendly manner. If you are looking to sell your home or you are buying through them, you will not find a better service anywhere. With the help of Julie and her team, every client I've ever helped who has been buying a property through Peter James, have been thrilled at the speed in which the transaction completed.

Janice.- 11th Oct 2024 (12 days ago)AVOID DEALING WITH THIS ESTATE AGENT IF YOU’RE PURCHASING A PROPERTY. TOTAL NIGHTMARE!! My experience with Bridgford Crewe has been nothing short of a nightmare. I initially dealt with Hannah, the sales negotiator, who wasted my time after I placed the highest offer on a property that was accepted. She repeatedly failed to respond to my calls or emails, dragging the process out and seemingly stalling to get more money for the property. When I then had to deal with Oliver, things went from bad to worse. He was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and clearly in need of serious training on how to handle clients. It’s shocking that this branch can operate with such disregard for people giving them business. I would strongly advise stay away from Bridgford Crewe if you’re looking to buy a home. Total waste of time and utterly frustrating.

We were given a full & clear explanation of the whole process & who would walk us through each stage of that process… we felt reassured knowing there’s no such thing as a stupid question & never felt pushed or pressured at any stage. Full end to end ownership and service for our sale. Would recommend the Nantwich team for anyone looking to sell in the area .
