9th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Dealt with Mark Waldron on the sale of our house in Riverhead. I would highly recommend both Mark and Knight Frank. Right from the initial valuation appointment, mark gave really solid advice on how to maximise the marketing of the house to achieve the best price in a reasonable timescale. This was in summer 2023 and a difficult market to sell in. Knight Frank got lots of interest in the house and had multiple offers. This was because we followed Marks pricing advice and they put together some really lovely photos, brochures and adverts. We did have issues with our first buyer, who messed us around. Mark spotted this quickly and he was replaced with another buyer within a week. Mark has supported us through the post sale process, always happy to help speak with buyers, solicitors and other agents. If you are serious about selling in Sevenoaks then I highly recommend you talk to Mark and his team at Knight Frank. Thank you

13th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Fine & Country and the team in West Malling , Michael was very honest with us from the beginning managed our expectation whilst having a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us , we felt the team Emma and Karen were proactive in their marketing of the property and we were continually kept well informed both verbally and electronically throughout the whole process . Excellent communication and attention to detail from all the team we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

From the moment we showed an interest in the house we since bought, nothing was too much trouble . We were give access to the property several times, given very accurate information and liaison between the seller and ourselves was carried out very professionally.

8th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Lisa Hermitage and all at Waghorn and Co have been very knowledgeable, supportive and professional in the sale of my Dad's house after he died. They have answered all my questions and helped me know when an acceptable offer was made on the house. Lisa always kept in contact on a regular basis to let me know how any viewings went and to update me on the progress of the sale. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who was looking to sell in the Tonbridge area.
6th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Avoid this agent at all cost. Called them at 9am the day after an ad was posted. They said that line was busy so I tried calling a few times to no avail. Repeated this for the next few days and got the same response - "busy line, we will request an urgent callback". 2 weeks later, no responses still.
29th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)We were recommended to Maison and have to say had slight reservations about the performance of an on line agent but OMG how wrong we were Damian and Zac where totally amazing contactable all the time, always came back to us if we called and left a message, handled everything promptly and sorted out any problems as they came along. 18th May 2022 (1 year ago)Moving in 2021 definitely was a challenge, but dealing with Paige definitely made it easier! We had a very difficult purchase, but she really did go above and beyond and jump through the sellers hoops as best she could. 4 stars were given because- the manager at the time of the branch was beyond rude every time we spoke with him, and on the day of collecting our keys he made some very awful comments. Also we were instructed to use lifetime legal through SM, which will cost you £700 more and LL served no purpose at all. We still needed a different conveyancer and solicitor so they were just an email go between with no authority. Look out for this as a year later LL will try and charge for a ‘membership ’ you never signed up for or needed.
