Wasn't the most straight-forward transaction, but Jenny and Rebecca supported us from start to finish, and provided an excellent service. They helped us resolve the many and various issues that arose with endless good humour and patience.

1st Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Although the chain was long, Kristy did a fantastic job in managing the chain throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend Kristy in getting the job done and keeping the chain together. There were times when we felt the chain would fall apart but Kristy ensured that didn’t happen and was always communicating with us. Although the process wasn’t the easiest it was overall a great service from Kristy and Hilton King and Locke.

1st Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Used Simple to sell a property after previously using a different Estate Agent and it like a night and day difference. They hired professionals to take pictures and within days of listing, we started to get viewings and offers. I dealt with Gurpreet and Harprit and both were good people. I would definitely recommend Simple to others based on my experience.- 4th May 2022 (1 year ago)Fantastic service and very easy to work with. Definitely looked after us well and got a great result quickly and with minimal fuss. Highly recommended!

16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I was recently involved in helping to re-home a relative. Initially, the brief was to buy a house but that changed to finding a rental property. Sam, Ashley and Ranj have been really kind and supportive and have been available to help at every step of the way. They have understood the brief, responded promptly and been very patient. Definitely nice people to do business with. I would highly recommend them if you are searching for a property to either buy or rent.

After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.

4th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Used Rodgers in Harefield for the sale of our property. Exchanged contracts today. Couldn't be happier with the service and expertise of Kevin Fuller and Sue Matthews. Both have been absolutely wonderful in their handling of the sale in a very difficult market. Kevin's expertise in marketing our property and handling the viewings was exemplary. Sue has been totally brilliant in handling everything since we accepted an offer - always on hand with advice or a reassuring word. Selling a property is always stressful and time consuming, but Sue's hard work and ever friendly voice has made this much less stressful than it could have been. We would highly recommend Rodgers. Thank you both so much.

After four months of waiting, the salesman failed to inform us that the sale wasn't proceeding. The salesman didn't bothrt to inquire about our preferences or inform us that the buyer had withdrawn. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their unprofessional service.
