19th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Would highly recommend for mortgage advisor and anyone looking to sell. We have used mortgage advisors and mainly had meetings over the phone. Meeting Adam face to face and going through all options was fantastic, what seemed to be days of waiting and discussing with another mortgage advisor over the phone was all done in a 1 hour meeting with Adam . Adam is very experienced and will be recommending to all friends and family. Richard is also an asset to the company, it’s more than just a job to him, he’s about the people and what is right for them. Will be sticking with this company moving forward Thank you again Nat & Matt

9th Apr 2024 (6 mo. ago)My experience with Mark Antony was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After viewing a property with them in Warrington, I expressed keen interest and made several follow-up calls over the course of three days, clearly stating my intention to proceed with the rental. Each time, I was met with the same response: "waiting for landlord decision." Despite my persistence and eagerness to secure the property, I was left in the dark, only to discover via Rightmove that the property had been taken by someone else. Not only did Mark Antony fail to update me on the status of my application, but they also failed to prioritize my interest or even provide basic communication regarding the outcome. This lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism is unacceptable. As a prospective tenant, I expected better treatment and respect from Mark Antony. My experience with them has been nothing short of a waste of time and a complete disregard for customer service. I would strongly advise against using their services to anyone looking for a reliable and considerate estate agent.

10th Oct 2024 (13 days ago)I arranged a property viewing with them, arrived before the scheduled time, and no one was there. To make matters worse, they tried to claim that I was late, even though I was early. This company is completely unprofessional and disorganized. I will never use their services again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Total waste of time.
25th Apr 2024 (5 mo. ago)We booked an appointment to view a property on Saturday 20th April. Just after appointment time when we were at the property got a call to say the person who was showing us round was ill and he had the keys to the property. We were very annoyed not been told earlier. Looking on line a couple of days later the property was sold how strange. I wondered why they didn't contact us to rearrange the viewing. Not very professional.

20th Oct 2024 (3 days ago)Chose to sell with Adams following recommendation. Not been disappointed. Steve Musker knows the local market. All the staff communicate well. Always get feedback after every viewing. Not as expensive as some agents we contacted although not the cheapest. I would absolutely recommend Adams at Stockton Heath.
15th Oct 2024 (8 days ago)Highly recommended! Ben, Mike and Rob were of great help and support whilst going through the selling process with them earlier this year. From the first valuation visit and photos, through lots of problems and issues caused by 'the other side', to exchange day nightmares with my solicitors, these guys were amazing! Estate agents get a pretty bad rep but I have nothing but good things to say about Leaders Warrington - and Ben, Mike and Rob in particular. They are a huge asset to the company! They will certainly be my first choice of agents should we ever come back to Warrington and buy a house.

Supportive right the way through the process of house buying and selling and has offered advice on property improvements when we haven even been on the market.
15th Apr 2024 (6 mo. ago)Disappointing. To start with, communication seems to be an issue. No problems with the initial rental in 2021, all went smoothly except we weren't informed when the property was ready for us so we wasted several hours waiting to be told. Never told us how to set the house alarm or how to top up the gas/electric. Simple information we should have been provided with. Our stay at the property was generally ok though the description of "Finished to an excellent and high standard throughout" is a work of fiction ha ha - the place hadn't seen a paintbrush for a long time. The stair bannisters were FILTHY. We had an issue with large damp patches on the walls in the back bedroom. These were reported and (after several calls/emails) eventually someone came to check it out but we never heard anything back so it was never rectified. The toiler drains kept blocking which we reported but was never resolved, we just had to get adept at unblocking them ourselves. We asked if we could look after a cat we had been offered to us in the property. Again despite numerous contacts over a couple of months we never got a response and the cat went to another home. Fair play to the maintenance guy who called around a few times, he did his best but he always seemed to be asking if we'd heard about this and that from the landlord/agent, which he hadn't. Despite all this, we were happy in the property and I spent quite a bit of time and money painting the back yard walls, laying artificial turf and making the outside a really nice area at the back of the house to sit out in during the summer months. We decided to leave this artificial turf in place when we left as a goodwill measure, it really made the back yard a much more habitable area than the old crumbling concrete underneath. When we came to leave the property we spent a lot of time cleaning the house, (inside and out) and it was in a much better state than it was when we moved in. In my presence a representative from Howell & Co inspected the property and, apart from a couple of minor things (washing machine needed a tray cleaning and a drawer emptying) we were assured everything was good. We asked for our deposit back a few weeks after we moved out and Howell & Co decided that there was £200 of work needed doing. For what?? Apparently several cupboards needed cleaning, so did the oven (we only used it a few times just after we moved in because it was in a poor state, despite us trying to clean it) and apparently the backyard needed a deep clean because it was covered in cat excrement!!! A local cat or cats did occasionally soil the grass when we were there but it was perfectly clean when we left - I know it was because I had spent time cleaning and brushing the entire yard. We were being charged for visits by cats AFTER we left. I complained and Howell & Co reduced their bill to £120 but they were charging us for things that didn't exist, had been ok'd by their own representative or NOTHING TO DO WITH US. From reading previous posts and talking to other tenants it seems Howell & Co have form for not returning full deposits. I appreciate this is long review (and has been written at different points over a couple of months) but its and honest and truthful account of our experience with Howell & Co. Sorry, but I cannot recommend them based on this.

They admitted to us that the office was 'not performing' and 'dropping the ball'.. We revised the plan and proposed updates to the house listing details, which they only partially completed, INCORRECTLY. I called them this morning to remove the listing and to tell them we would use another agent. Their response? 'Ok'. They did not bother to ask why, or try and retain us as customers. Lazy, unprofessional and absolutely shocking service. Absolutely avoid.

Always friendly and helpful, they responded to any questions or queries promptly and efficiently. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone considering selling their property.

19th Oct 2024 (4 days ago)I didn't sell a property with infinite, I was the buyer, however it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Darren. We kept in constant contact over the purchase of the house. Darren kept me updated from his and sellers end of things and I kept him up to date with my end. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a couple of viewings and all my questions and queries were answered promptly. Nice to see an estate agent actually doing some really good work. 10/10 from me.

5th Jul 2024 (16 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
