21st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".

They have always been so friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful whenever I needed anything. Tracy in particular has been amazing throughout — professional, kind and always quick to help with any issues or questions. It’s actually quite sad saying goodbye after so long! I would 100% recommend Ashcroft & Guest to anyone looking to rent through an estate agents that really cares about their tenants. Thank you all again for everything ??????

Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!
