We found her very easy to talk to, polite and knowledgeable. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to any future sellers.

Since Lee left they have collapsed. 6 months I had my property for a exceptional offer but they talked me out of selling saying I will get a better offer which never came. When I call and ask to speak to someone I get told they will call back which never happens. Finally I was told my house will be in the open house event but when I called a few times to confirm they never called back. In short, if you don't take a mortgage with us we will talk the seller out from selling to you. Avoid!!!!!

Both Michael and Alex gave us informed advice and made us feel in safe hands. The ongoing care and support from Alex has been exceptional nothing too much trouble and any detail sorted quickly and appropriately. Always a pleasure to deal with Belvoir especially Alex at Wolverhampton Branch.

They have made the renting process very easy. I recommend this company and have no problems using them again. Thank you

Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

Paul Carr Estate Agents and we have not been disappointed. From the moment Martin did the valuation, through to achieving the sale. Julie and Tracey have been at the other end of the phone for any problems or questions we have and nothing is ever too much for them. We would definitely recommend Paul Carr Estate Agents to sell your home. 2022... How can we describe Paul Carr… simple… the best estate agent around. From the initial valuation, through to us completing on our purchase, they provided a really personal touch throughout the end to end journey. It was not always plain sailing, but whether it be Bernadette, James or Julie, nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always happy to listen, give advice and go the extra mile to help us through the move. Often keeping us sane at times when you want to pull your hair out!!! Bernie’s handling of the case was exemplary, and if it wasn’t for James, we would not have found our perfect home. The customer service was first class, we will always recommend you to people who are thinking of selling. A huge thank you to all of you…

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
28th May 2025 (18 days ago)Belvoir were great at keeping me up to date on how things were moving forward. Staff always polite, professional, always coming back if asked a question. I notice that blue card staff have discounts, I am ex military and have a veterans card, it would be nice for us to have recognition along with blue card members.
