11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE

They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

During all this time Lorna has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable guiding me in the right direction. When I sold my rental property it came with many problems which Lorna overcame with hard work and good advice. Her communication was always first class. I would highly recommend as her work ethic is second to none

Not only were they amazingly attentive when I sold my house but the team who manage my rental property are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and it really doesn’t feel like I’m a landlord because they resolve every issue, from checking potential renters to arranging workmen to fix niggles in the property. Gemma and Lauren are amazing.

Unfortunately the right property never arose with Hunters and we have since purchased with a different agent however Maddisons diligence to try and understand my very specific requirements in a property and also her genuine care about her situation has really made her stand out among the other agents I have been dealing with. She is a truly lovely and genuine person and a credit to Hunters.
26th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Very impressed the the weekend and bank holiday that was in place. Viewing on Saturday pre BH Monday left me thinking I would hear nothing else until the Tuesday. How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend . Fabulous service ??????

She is an absolute credit to the team.<br><br>Bethany is an amazing listener, caring, attentive, and really shows that she has taken the time to listen.<br><br>Her professionalism, knowledge and genuine care really stood out to me. It is clear that she takes pride in what she does. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with.<br><br>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bethany to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely puts their clients first.<br><br>After dealing with her, I was so impressed that I did question whether she could be flawless in every way, that's until she shared her taste in music with me. I then realised that no one is perfect ??????

We have purchased our new property through HS Homes, and from the start of the process to the end we have had a great service. Nicola has been fantastic and kept us updated on any developments throughout so we were always fully aware of what was happening elsewhere in the chain. We really appreciated Nicola's proactive approach and feel that without Nicola and Fran's efforts to get our sale over the line we would still be waiting to exchange. A huge thank you to HS Homes. We would strongly recommend HS Homes to anyone considering moving home.

One of the biggest obstacles to completion on a property deal, once you're inside one, is ongoing communication (between vendor, buyer and solicitors), and Belvoir are on that.<br><br>Liam Hack was on our case, knowing exactly what to say, when to chase, when to hold, how to reassure, and how to flag. This shaved weeks off what otherwise could have been far more complex and difficult, had we relied solely on the solicitors.<br><br>They did an absolutely exceptional job; it's refreshing to see that level of professionalism." 9th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He and his team put in a huge amount of time, effort, and dedication to help sell my house. The property was sold three times, and I had a lot of offers on houses I was buying that he dealt with professionally. My house also had something on the searches that he took in his stride in a more calm manner then other estate agents I've dealt with yet still following all the correct legal requirements.<br>Throughout the process, Steve was hardworking, and always went the extra mile. His communication, commitment, and determination were outstanding. I truly appreciate all the work he put in and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.
