Any estate agent can list your property for sale on Rightmove etc. and attend viewings but it was from the sale negotiation process to completion where Rager & Roberts really excelled.

21st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)My experience of this estate agents wasn't the best, I was trying to purchase a house and even though my offer was accepted they still did viewings on said property and thus i lost the property in the end, all in all a very stressful experience also jack (the manager) was unpleasant to deal with. Wouldn't recommend this business, just look at trustpilot.

Since selling our property Daniella Broadfield has ensured such effective and timely communication with myself and husband over the past few weeks. We have now received our mortgage offer all thanks to Daniella. Not a single thing has seemed to much trouble for her, from endless amounts of emails and phone calls, she has been there to respond quickly and talk us through any worries. We are extremely grateful and this process has felt like a breeze all thanks to her! Thank you Connells and Daniella! Mr & Mrs Mason
1st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I used john German for a house sale having read the reviews and i'm very glad that i did. The house sold very quickly after over 20 viewings in the first 2 weeks. All dealings have been friendly and professional, i've been kept informed and all emails sent to them have been answered quickly. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them whatsoever.

They are interested only in their commission proven by their dealing with landowners who have the most terrible reputations & previous track records. The conclusion, to this company you are simply a number on a spreadsheet as opposed to a human being. They simply do not care.
17th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We found the staff friendly and professional, and the service was reasonably priced. Being a local agent their knowledge was very helpful. They dealt with all viewings without us needing to be present. Calls to their Penkridge office were diverted to their central office, which was slightly frustrating but hasn't detracted overall to our review rating.

The agent on site was very professional, friendly and keen to answer any queries.As a first time buyer I was quite nervous about the whole process. The people at Belvoir immediately put me at ease and assisted with first class contacts for mortgage advice and conveyancing. They have followed along with updates throughout the process all remaining very friendly and approachable. At no time did I feel any pressure or worry about the entire process. Thank you Belvoir. I recommend them highly :)

Right from the time and attention they gave to the initial valuation, taking the photographs to putting the house on the market. They provided regular updates and were always quick to respond.

Responsive and always happy to help (even when it might be slightly out of his realm, which it often was). The sale was long, with many many problems along the way. Paul couldn’t have acted any better throughout. Could not recommend Paul enough.
