11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE

7th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Before check out of a rental property, Belvoir said the living room needed repainting & the house should be professionally cleaned. I done both of these things & then after check out, they tried to charge nearly £2,000 for the whole house to be repainted. I negotiated for them to lower it to the deposit amount which they agreed as it was around £1,100. Shortly after I had mail go to my old address so I went to collect it. The new tenant confirmed the house had not been repainted.

They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

What stands out most is their genuine passion for what they do—it’s clear they take immense pride in their work. During all this time Lorna has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable guiding me in the right direction. When I sold my rental property it came with many problems which Lorna overcame with hard work and good advice. Her communication was always first class. I would highly recommend as her work ethic is second to none

They responded quickly to my initial request of a valuation and also again when deciding to sell with them. My house was listed quickly with high quality pictures, a 360 tour and an accurate description. I dealt with Hayley who was professional and friendly throughout, she kept me updated reguarly and helped push it to completiion after a last minute delay. 100% recommend JR Properties!!

Not only were they amazingly attentive when I sold my house but the team who manage my rental property are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and it really doesn’t feel like I’m a landlord because they resolve every issue, from checking potential renters to arranging workmen to fix niggles in the property. Gemma and Lauren are amazing.

How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend . Fabulous service ??????

From start to finish, the whole journey has been fantastic, and the level of service has been far beyond what I expected.<br><br>A special thank you to Fran, who has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her communication has been clear, honest and consistent every step of the way. Unlike your average estate agent, Fran genuinely cares about her clients and always went out of her way to keep me updated even when there wasn’t much to report. I never had to chase for information because she was always one step ahead, making sure I knew exactly what was happening.<br><br>There were never any pressure tactics just honest advice, professionalism, and genuine support from someone who clearly takes pride in her work. A huge credit also goes to Fran’s wonderful team, who were equally friendly, helpful and professional throughout. One of the biggest obstacles to completion on a property deal, once you're inside one, is ongoing communication (between vendor, buyer and solicitors), and Belvoir are on that.<br><br>Liam Hack was on our case, knowing exactly what to say, when to chase, when to hold, how to reassure, and how to flag.
