Throughout the process, from the first stage of valuation: the marketing of the property: arranging and dealing with the viewings and the exchange of contract, the staff and Mr Perrins have been professional, competent and kept me informed throughout. At a very difficult time they removed all the stress and I felt reassured throughout, that my mums house was in safe hands. I would highly recommend this company and wish Mr. Perrins and the team, the very best for th e future. Thank you to each and every one of you.

21st May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Morgan Lingard was the agent who met us at the property. We were late; not because we were disorganised, but due to a strange configuration in the location of the house/street, but he showed no signs of impatience. Morgan was professional and respectful throughout the viewing, but friendly and personable too. He was thorough in his explanations and he was able to answer any questions that we asked. He is a good example of a what I would like to see in all estate agents. I thank him for his time and I wish him well in the future.

They dealt with all viewings without us needing to be present. Calls to their Penkridge office were diverted to their central office, which was slightly frustrating but hasn't detracted overall to our review rating.
