24th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.

Josh our internal contact always returns call & keeps you up to date on all aspects. Would highly recommend this office.

Since selling our property Daniella Broadfield has ensured such effective and timely communication with myself and husband over the past few weeks. We have now received our mortgage offer all thanks to Daniella. Not a single thing has seemed to much trouble for her, from endless amounts of emails and phone calls, she has been there to respond quickly and talk us through any worries. They dealt with all viewings without us needing to be present. Calls to their Penkridge office were diverted to their central office, which was slightly frustrating but hasn't detracted overall to our review rating.

The agent on site was very professional, friendly and keen to answer any queries.As a first time buyer I was quite nervous about the whole process. The people at Belvoir immediately put me at ease and assisted with first class contacts for mortgage advice and conveyancing. They have followed along with updates throughout the process all remaining very friendly and approachable. At no time did I feel any pressure or worry about the entire process. Thank you Belvoir.
