6th Jul 2024 (21 days ago)They couldn't care less. We had nearly 20 years of ignored issues with mold, blown windows, broken pipes and much more. Every time we reported an issue we would be told they would get it sorted and it never happened. Now, after being evicted under the lie of "the landlords want their house back" we have discovered they never wanted their house back and it is now up for sale elsewhere. So go for Ian Perks if you want to be ignored and lied to for your entire tenancy!!!?? edit: due to photographic proof of the treatment from them, ian perks have reported us for harassment, thus attempting to sweep their mistreatment of tenants under the rug, and proving the point that they do not care

Amy Meldrum-Beechey kept us fully informed about potential properties, some of which we viewed. Whilst on this occasion we selected a property being marketed by a different agent, we experienced the same quality of service from Savills as a prospective purchaser that we did as a vendor.

Friendly and professional at all times. All the staff at the Kidderminster office that I have dealt with have been very helpful and informative.

After visiting the office all staff extremely friendly. Josh our internal contact always returns call & keeps you up to date on all aspects. Would highly recommend this office.

7th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Run! This is the worst agency ever! Totally don't recommend it. When I moved in the house had a bug infestation that they've refused to deal with. When I moved out one of them called and asked for the keys back earlier because they didn't want me to have access to the property anymore. Then when I've asked to receive proof that I've moved out earlier, they said I was still responsible till the end of the contract. Awful experience, I'll never use it again. Don't know if all of them are like that but the Perton one, including management team are the worst agents.

From the initial home hunting to picking up the keys they have been amazing , giving me peace of mind all is being taken care of and not having to worry about anything at all . Special shout out to Jordyn for the amazing continuous communication , hand over and being so supportive and person centred . Thankyou Connells !

Elisha, in particular, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure everything went smoothly and quickly. The house itself is perfect for my needs and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. The entire renting process was stress-free and efficient, thanks to the excellent communication and assistance from Elisha and the team at Hunters Estate & Letting Agents. They take the time to thoroughly explain to clients all the details before you decide to move forward. They also make sure that clients are aware of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property, they are professional but also honest and direct. They go above and beyond with every single transaction. They are extremely accommodating with clients and try to help as much as possible. It’s an absolute pleasure to work with you. If you are selling or buying a house, you have to use them!! They are the best!
