4th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Rude staff who claim viewing a property is going to be a massive problem because you can't make one day and the tenant is a partner of G Herbert.. aren't we all busy? But I don't see how me being unavailable for one day means the property then becomes impossible to see.

5th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)I recently had a valuation booked with Laura Harvey and I could not recommend her enough. She made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I wanted to achieve. She was not at all pushy, unlike some other estate agents, and she was not just there to make a commission. She cared about my end goal and helped me to achieve it. I could not be more grateful and would definitely deal with her again should I need to. Thank you so much for all of your advice and support!
10th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)5 stars doesn’t quite do my experience justice, I dealt with Beccy throughout my purchase and I can’t thank her enough. As a first time buyer, Beccy has been the most helpful person I could have wished to deal with. She answered every question I asked no matter how silly, spent hours of her time pushing for completion on my behalf when I felt like I was getting nowhere and was a genuinely nice person to deal with during the most stressful time.

(54 reviews)14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I agree with most of the reviews on here; the service D&D offers is painfully slow, and I found a few of the staff pretty rude and unhelpful. We inquired to view a property that was for rent, which I found on Right Move, and when I called up to ask about it, the lady turned around and said if we can offer you a viewing, you'll hear from us and wouldn't talk to me about the property. Two weeks passed, and I received an email to view the house, which we attended. The lady at the viewing was nice enough but told us to contact the office if we were interested, and wouldn't engage in a conversation; except we overheard her talking to the previous person viewing the house, and it pretty much sounded like the deal had already been sealed between them, which is rather annoying as they just wasted our time. The house was nice, and we were seriously interested in the property. I called straight after to advise we would like to proceed, and I was told a telephone interview would happen the following Tuesday. This then got cancelled a few hours later, and despite chasing the office several times, I was told that a telephone interview wasn't guaranteed due to the vast interest in the property and that the property manager wasn't available. We've since viewed another house with another estate agent, signed a contract, and are moving in, which was all done and agreed to in less than a week. Funnily enough the house we viewed is still showing available! I would honestly not waste your time with this company. While I appreciate that you have a lot of interest in lettings, simple manners and basic communication is key.

James was extremely solicitous and friendly throughout and helped to make the whole experience as easy and pleasant as a house sale could be. James answered all questions, gave advice and positive encouragement where needed. Every person we spoke to at S&P were polite, friendly and professional, which seems to be their mantra. We would not hesitate to recommend Strutt & Parker, Shrewsbury.

14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Rentals: I have rented my house through Broseley harwoods since march 2020, i can honestly say they are a lovely team and any issues i have regarding repairs etc, its resolved quickly and Sam is fab she is very caring and compassionate when any work needs doing. I am happy living here, if i ever move ill be looking through harwoods as i love having them as my letting agent.Connells - Kidderminster

They take the time to thoroughly explain to clients all the details before you decide to move forward. They also make sure that clients are aware of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property, they are professional but also honest and direct. They go above and beyond with every single transaction. They are extremely accommodating with clients and try to help as much as possible. It’s an absolute pleasure to work with you. If you are selling or buying a house, you have to use them!! They are the best!
